SCCV ROYAN LES ALGUES

I have to say that I am super disappointed. We are supposed to stay for two weeks in that place. We booked 3 days before arriving. That was the plan. Unfortunately we couldn't take the kids with us and we had to cancel our booking. Plans change critically. It was an urgent situation which we couldn’t do much about. As a human being most of the people would say sorry and try to give us good word and money back but not you guys! SHAME on you!!! Life can be tricky sometimes and you are not in control of it. Owners of that place have no heart whatsoever. Maybe one day you would get an urgent situation and someone would show you a middle finger, like we got it from you guys. So they charged us fully for 3 adults, 2 kids and a dog without even being in this place. I guess for these people money comes first. Pathetic and abysmal. I want it to answer to the owner and Manager of this campsite: THIS IS A LIE! and you know it. This was not a non-refundable booking. The only non-refundable booking part was 15% fee to the pitchup.com, which in your writing you are referring to the third party. So not only you unfair but also liers! I ma writing review under my own name and email address. The point of writing reviews is for other people to know what kind of service you given and not to do business with such an immoral and pathetic company. Pitchup.com already told us that it is up to the campsite to decide. If you wanna prove I can show it to you or contact Pitchup on your own.
