My wife and I visited the store today and had a wonderful experience. Our sales ambassador Jun was OUTSTANDING. She was knowledgeable and extremely personable. We were able to secure a watch that I have been looking to purchase for over 2 years. KUDOS are well deserved.

Visited store in January 2026. Never bought there before. Selected Rolex in stock which was unavailable at other ADs. Had problems with fraud on my card so had to wire funds. We all watch lover often times got trow out of the Rolex boutiques coz of the limitations and rareness. However for me at Dubail it was starting very smoothly for me, all staffs I met were very friendly after I put my wish a few months I got offered the watches of my dream. Unlike so many other big AD worldwide. Dubail take you wish seriously and after sale is just top- notch!. This is so rare that this boutique still keep their work professionally, friendly and humble even they got very high demands.❤️❤️❤️

Bad review BIG RASISM by employee called WILLIAM tall skinny white men. Very unprofessional He started raising his voice telling me that there are watches available but not for me because they are only for customers that have more then 20years history. His loud conversation made all the other customers turn to see what is going on . Then I asked to speak to the manager they said no manager available and they wouldn’t give me the managers name. Very disappointed ,I thought RASISM was over in the beautiful city of Paris Im afraid not yet. I’m a collector for over 45years but because of RASISM I did not have a chance !
