Shopping at Castorama Fresnes is always a great experience! The store is well-organized, has a wide selection of products, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Salomé in the kitchen department, who was able to speak English with me since my French isn’t very good, and guided me with patience and professionalism. Thanks to her, everything went perfectly. I’ll definitely be back for my next project! 😊
Had a really nice day there, I needed help and Sylvan was really kind and helped with kind advice, information and recommendations for the items I was interested in. We talked a lot about parquet and carrelage. Thank you :) Went today again M. Jean Christophe was kind and patient to all my questions and helped me find my stratifié. Gave me advice and we compared, talked about colors and feel of my home and I am glad I found and decided on one. Very nice man. Thank you!!
It was a great experience , very supportive staff they helped me resolve my issue even though I don't speak French. Very patient the worker kamilia is there to help for those who have difficulty in french

1* Terrible return service We bought a led lamp. We called client service Castorama and was advised to come to nearest store to check and having an exchange. We came Castorama Frenes. The guy at return service refused immediately and said this was not under his responsiblity. I called 2 service clients again to confirm. At the end, I needed to pass my phone so that he could talk directly to custmer service. After long waiting time and checking our lamp, he agreed to exchange another one. However, this did not finish. When I asked him, why the prices were different, he answer very rudely: take your new lamp -what all I need and this was not my stuff. Unbelievable how terrible service is!
