Very helpful. We got some discounts on places we were planning to visit. The staff is happy to help you and super polite. They also have a souvenir corner where you can buy cool local stuff. If you're in Orléans for more than a day, the office is a good place to know about ongoing events to check out and maybe get discounts to places like Chambord. You never know what they might be able to offer you!

Very friendly staff! I recommend the children treasure hunt! Our girl (5) loved it and it was a very fun way of discovering new parts of the city.

We bought the 1 day tourist pass at 24€ but the whole thing was difficult to access . We went to the museum de beaux arts and the bar code did not work . We spent 30minutes trying to get in . The same at the Maison de Jean D’Arc where they would not let us in as the code did not come through on my phone .We went back to the tourist info made a few calls then we tried the tram . They would not let us on as again no code . What a crazy system . We paid more for 2 items and could not use the Pass. Why can you not just issue a card on paper with a number. It ruined our day as we spent more time trying to get in places than seeing them Waste of time and money Very disappointing service

They don’t have any public bathrooms here, as I would have expected. The directions given to me for a public bathroom were not clear. Instead of a green “sign“, the gentleman should’ve told me the bathroom was a freestanding green telephone booth-like structure. I had a hard time finding it, and never did use it.

They're super helpful and very kind. There is a guided tour but it was in French so it was a bit hard for me to understand everything. But whatever I understood, it was very interesting. They even let me charge my phone and I picked it up after the tour. Definitely ask for their walking map and they will mark all the places you need to see.

The 8€ audioguides are a nice way to discover the history of the old city at your own pace. Reserve them ahead on the website or come early in the morning.
