I don't know what kind of treatment customers usually receive in this country. I've been to many H&M stores in many countries, and in none have I been harassed or treated like a criminal. A few minutes ago, I went into the store to buy some shorts because I hadn't expected it to be so hot in France, and I also have a wound on my leg and needed something urgently. I entered the store, and from the very first minute, the security guard started following me and my partner. I went into the fitting room and tried on the shorts, and I liked them. I told my girlfriend to go pay for them, and I waited for her in the fitting room. After leaving the fitting room, my partner decided to choose some other items, and we went to the checkout. The security guard kept giving me dirty looks and wouldn't let me follow him. I suppose if you have suspicions because I went in wearing long pants and came out wearing shorts, you approach me and ask questions, but you don't intimidate or harass the customer. Having seen that we paid for the other items, you continue the harassment and accuse me of stealing from you. I show you the receipt and you continue to look at me like a thief, but it doesn't end there. You proceed to raise your voice at me and tear up my receipt.

Très bonne expérience dans ce magasin H&M. Le magasin est propre, bien rangé et propose un large choix de vêtements pour tous les styles.
