Wow, this could not be worse of an experience with a company. First of all, I was told I could come into the store if I had any problems because I’m still learning French, however, in the store, they will not service anything you have to call in French, even though that’s the opposite of what I was told. Apparently they will say anything to sell to you, but the customer service is horrendous. Secondly, the portable device I was given didn’t work at all you pay for it upfront and there’s no guarantee they will not replace it or offer any customer service whatsoever.

Je suis passé hier pour acheter un iPhone 17. Le vendeur était super gentil, très professionnel et de bon conseil. Je ne connais pas son prénom, mais franchement c’est un excellent vendeur 😄. Merci pour l’accueil et le service, je recommande sans hésiter !
