I only stayed one night, but was impressed with the hotel. I checked in late due to the last flight arriving and was greeted warmly at check in. Breakfast was decent, enough to start the day. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ideal for a longer stay, so I wished I stayed longer and explored the area around the hotel. Hotel shuttle operations are only limited. I would stay here again if returning to Toulouse.

First thing first: I gave location 5 stars because it was a business trip, and I think most people who will be there are going to be on a business trip, most likely to visit you-know-who. Then the rest: starting with the people and service. I found them to be absolute stars! Polite. Helpful. There for you. Weirdly out of place and unexpected, but hugely appreciated. This is a reason to recommend them, and go again. There are no reasonable downsides. Yes, you could point to the fact that there isn't much around, but you're there to see you-know-who, so it doesn't matter. The tram is not far, and you can rent a car, which puts downtown a solid 12 minutes away (or a 80 minute walk if you want to do that). On that, they do have a private parking underground, with spots reserved for guests, so when it says "full"/"complet", it may not apply to you as a guest. Park in front in the "5 min" zone off the street in front of the lobby, get in and ask. Speaking of the underground parking, something that I wondered before showing up, you can't really get in without first registering, as the gate will require to present a card. So visit the lobby first, then do the run-around down the one way street next over, down to the hotel side street. The parking is tight, don't rent a Suburban. A 208 is just about correct for a begginer. The restaurant is small. Breakfast was included in my case, I think it generally is. This meal is fine, eggs, cut up Toulouse sausage, some kind of patato any given time, great bread, decorative fruit. Coffee from a machine but fine. The dinner menu is regressing, judging by internet memory. I was not happy with the lack of cassoulet or even a tartar, which I had seen on previous menus, but you won't starve and it's reasonable. The beer choice is limited (especially draft), but chances are you'll find something you like. I enjoyed it.

Friendly front desk staff, free pick-up and drop-off shuttle service from/to Toulouse airport from 7am - 10pm, Monday - Friday. Clean room and good breakfast.

Stayed here twice within the last ten days. Bar none, one of the best Residence Inns Ihave stayed with. 5 star staff. Everyone with whom I dealt was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Location was excellent with several restaurants nearby and close to public transportation. There is the laundry facility at the hotel, and within a five minute walk. If I come back that way, I will skip staying in the middle of town as I did before and just commute into town as needed.

I am here for a long stay. The staff is the best around! Rooms are always clean and the restaurant is amazing. Parking garage access, gym, washing machines. Located centrally to anything you need! Great place to stay in France!

Stayed for a week+, and enjoyed every moment. Rooms are CLEAN, great breakfast, pool, gym, and lovely lounge area for a friendly game of pool with strangers. Little high price, but it did tick all the boxes.

My stay at the Renaissance Inn Blagnac was a masterclass in how arrogance can overshadow everything else. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed more interested in displaying thier superiority than offering even basics hospitality. Every interaction felt dismissive, as if guests were an inconvenience rather than the reason the hotel exists. The hotel is clearly overrated, relying on its reputation instead of delievring genuine sezrvice or warmth. Avoid .

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of my work trip. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and had a well-planned use of space. There is a nice table and chair to work at, and also a side table with a small sofa. The lighting control system in the room is quite good. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful - the guy at the front desk recommended some areas to visit in the city center. The location is very good if you plan on visiting some offices close by. I visited the city center via public transportation, and it took me 55 minutes. There is a free pick-up and drop-off shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Unfortunately, I didn't know about this service and took a taxi from the airport. The breakfast was not the best, but it was manageable. There are some fast-food-style restaurants around the hotel, and they are okay. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.
