Great location in the heart of the old port area. Comfy bed and friendly, helpful front desk staff. One of the best 3 star hotels in which we have stayed in France. Our second visit and hope to come back for a third.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is nearly exceptional. The rooms, especially the bathrooms/sinks/shower cabins could be cleaner. I forgot, I loved the breakfast too.

The Motel sits in the most wonderful position in the heart of La Rochelle so it makes it super easy to get around anywhere. I found the staff here really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast offered a good variety. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

A hotel we will definitely be back to for the next visit to La Rochelle. The location is amazing, and you get a sense for the incredible view of the harbour from the photos. Only reason I can’t give it a 5* is the room size (can’t help that!) and the shower. But, overall I would definitely recommend

This is our second stay at this lovely 3 star hotel which has been refurbished since our previous stay 3 years ago. We chose a balcony room with a view of the old port, and what a beautiful view it is to wake up to each morning. ||The staff are super helpful and polite, they do all they can to help make your stay enjoyable. We were there for 9 nights and during that time received 2 handwritten notes with a mini box of chocolates each time, a nice touch. Special mention goes to Catherine who speaks English like a native. ||It was Easter holidays in France when we stayed so La Rochelle was its usual lively and noisy self. The room was good at shutting out the noise from outside, although sound from other rooms can be heard a little. ||We didn’t try the breakfast as the dining room is pretty small and the tables close together.||We were fortunate in that the weather was very warm during our holiday, however the air conditioning doesn’t seem to be turned on until 1st May so the room was hot during the early part of our stay. ||The staff arranged reliable transfers to and from the airport. ||We would recommend this hotel and hope to visit lovely La Rochelle and this hotel again soon!

We had a fantastic stay at La Tour de Nestlé Hotel in La Rochelle. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings, the historic harbor, and charming streets.||The staff were incredibly welcoming and made is feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly enhanced my experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.||If you’re looking for a stay that combines convenience, comfort, and outstanding service, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!
