C&Y RENOVATIONS

I have had the pleasure of using C&Y renovations on 2 separate occasions. The first time was to get a patio layed and composite decking put down and on the second occasion was for a full bathroom renovation. I can honestly say on each occasion my expectations were exceeded. I would highly recommend C&Y renovations for any of your building or project needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very professional Team with good advice. The work is well done and the tram is nice. Very clean and thorough. We have done kitchen and bathroom with them.

Yaqui, Carlos & team did a great job on our new build home. We originally intended for them to just help us with some tiling, but they were so flexible in helping with lots of other works throughout the home. Communication was always very prompt and clear. Their attention to detail was fantastic. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Would highly recommend!

Carlos and Yaquicha did some fantastic worth twice in our house. Renovating a room and improving it's soundproofing, and divided a large room into an office and child bedroom with some very creative solutions to take advantage of the available space. Stunning result. Will definitely work with them again.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Some reviews are written by their own employees. Don't trust them!! They overcharged us for things we know other clients weren't charged. They charged us extra because their employees unilaterally decided to spend time helping other vendors instead of doing the work they were paid for. We paid what they asked, not because it was fair or legal (we never consented to these extra costs as required by law), but because we just wanted these people out of our lives. Don't trust their deadlines; they are likely incorrect. Our project was finished 3 weeks late, and of course, they blamed us. Communication was abysmal. Delayed responses or no response at all. They insulted us, calling us "idiots" and accusing us of being racists. Of course…We don’t recommend them.

Carlos, Yaqui and their team have renovated my bathroom to a spotless point !!! Perfect job with attention to details !! Highly recommended !!
