The rooms are adequately equipped, clean, and comfortable. The remote-controlled air conditioner works well. The rooms with balconies are very nice - they are equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying reading or drinking coffee. Some/most rooms have in-room coffee. Room size is good. The after-hours key dispensing machine seemed to work well enough. It is a lovely setting with flowers and trees. The wifi works well in the office - a little bit in some rooms - and not at all in others.||If you have a choice, avoid the "basement" rooms underneath the office.

This is a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the city. The hotel is 30 min. from the Marseilles airport and is in the lovely little town of Allauch. The room itself was clean and we had a nice little balcony however the bathroom is in much need of an overhaul. There was a lot of mould around the bottom and the first shower I took flooded the bathroom. Because the floor was so wet, I didn't use the hairblower in the bathroom. Instead I had to kneel in the hallway in front of the mirror. The hairblower would not stay plugged in when I used it in the bathroom or the hallway. I also had to hold the power button while in use. The girl at the reception desk was welcoming and friendly but when asked about directions to the airport, she had to ask a co-worker who couldn't speak English and refused to make eye contact with us. Breakfast which was good but very basic (croissants, bread, cereal, yogurt and fruit) was 8 euros. Except for the bathroom the room was sufficient for a night or two.

We chose this hotel as it needed only a 30 minute drive from Marseilles airport and stayed for one night on the way to our holiday villa. The room was a good size and very clean. There is a childrens' playground. Breakfast was fine and reasonably priced. The location in a village above Marseilles is very pleasant.

Nice Hôtel in a small town near Marseille (35Km) and Aubagne (10Km). They proposed room or suites in two differents buildings with a small price. The room are big appartments 40m2 very clean and nice with a park place in front the room door. The service is fine and people very helpful but the small negative point is the reception closed at 8:00PM. Don't hesitate book it !!! :)

I booked an apartment here for my wife and I and our two children 13 and12 years old. The main reasons being that Allauch is located between my wife's mother and father and her sister all of which we were visiting over new year. After having an apartment within an hotel in Rome earlier in the year which was absolutely brilliant we felt that a self catering type place would be ideal. Also with wifi on site I could keep in touch with my work||However, what a disappointment. On arrival we were given keys to the apartment and it was pointed to in a strange couldn't careless way which I did think odd. On entering the apartment it was obvious we had been sold a pup. There was one separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge which was probably large enough for two eight year olds but certainly not our children. We went straight to reception to be told that we could have one room in the hotel part of the complex and keep the apartment. On checking out the hotel room it was right the opposite side of the complex and I wasn't prepared to leave our children one side and us the other. So back to reception and after telling the gentleman it was no good, we were offered another apartment on the same floor as our existing one but several doors along as they were fully booked. ( incidentally we never saw anyone else in the complex all the time we were there.) Anyway we were tired and just wanted to unpack. Firstly the wardrobe shelfs were broken and when placing clothes on them they all ended up on the floor. Once unpacked we decided to watch tv only to find there were just two channels working. Oh well thought have a bath and report to reception tomorrow. Ran bath to find plug didn't fit.Tried to use wifi in reception next day to be told by receptionist it was broken. We were told manager would be in touch regarding the room situation, regardless to say we never saw him! No towels were changed and we had to demand clean ones, and our apartment was not cleaned for the four days we

Location approx 15km from Marseille and if you have car than this hotel is for you. ||Quite place, quite rooms and with air-condition.||Rooms are medium size, would expect larger room. Bed was located one step from room doors, if not good.||Breakfast selection not so large, two croissant, coffee and fresh cheese.||There is no kitchen facility.||Limited wifi access! :(

A wonderful place to enjoy your vacation located in a very nice little Park in allauch.Very friendly staff and clean studios.Everything was great. The only thing I didn't like was the WiFi, it was only in reception (cable Internet in room).
