NOT a nice place to stay! Many things are broken (plaster is flaking off the ceiling, sockets fall out of the wall) and it is not very clean either. Breakfast is mediocre. But to top it off: you have to pay for toilet paper!

It was great place to stay in. It was a bit hard to find tye reception, maybe having clear signs to indicate where to entrer would help.

Very nice rooms to stay as a family, 2 separate rooms, nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Very kind and helpful staff :)

The room, service, and help of staff was good. The only problem we had was with a weird sewage smell in our room number 01. We changed our room to a superior room 04 the last night and there was no problem. Hope they remove the problem of room 01 in future and stop renting that room till the problem is not removed.

Essentially we used this as a base for exploring and it filled all our needs. Its not the sort of place to stay for the week to sit by the pool. ||||+ The pool is a decent size and clean.||+ The room had everything you need for a low key accomodation. ||+ Our room balcony overlooked the pool, mountains and golf club which was really nice. ||+ Staff were helpful and spoke basic English.||+ Loads of parking in nice quiet area.||+ Casino supermarket and 3 decent restaurants across the road.||+ Location was excellent with short drives to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Aqualand etc. ||||- Rooms are basic (observation not a criticism).||- Don't expect surgical cleanliness. I guess if you're the sort to look for issues you'd have a field day. ||- Check in times were a bit odd and quite tight but I believe this is because they are normalising post Covid. ||- Everything needs refreshing i.e Shower was functional but a bit broke, t.v remote barely worked as so old. Corkscrew a bit rusty. Chair had iron mark on. Table veneer peeling off. Nothing major but a few small changes would make a big difference. ||- Very few sun loungers and a lot broke. ||- Another observation. There are seemingly a lot of workers that stay at the complex. At the weekend they were chilling in and around the pool and it was all good natured but a bit rowdy. More family orientated in the week.

it was good , the service was good, we can easily entre even late in the night.

The kitchen was very dirty, not cleaned up before we arrived, and lots of kitchen items were missing. We booked a room for 3 but only had 1 cup, for example. We went multiple times, and the items were always different. The receptionist was very kind.

I posted the review on your customer feeeback website but it is a must to be reshared here. The hotel is well located with decent clean room. However your staff are amongst the worst entitled racist people that i have ever met. The brunette working the day shift and the guy working the night shift. Trying to ditch responsibility, not caring about customer and always complaining. Not the attitude to run a hospitality establishment.
