Very disappointing experience with Hesperide and Geodis I placed an order for a sun lounger (transat) on June 29, 2025, and as of today, I still haven’t received it. This delay is completely unacceptable. I’ve sent several emails, but neither Hesperide nor Geodis has responded. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely frustrating. I will think twice before ordering from them again, and I do not recommend this experience to anyone.
weak customer suport!!! i made an order from amazon and this company was responsable for the delivery. I use alot online shooping and its the 1st time i that the product didn’t came to me. I’ve tried 2 times and they came 2 times on the wrong adress, i ask to call me and they where on the wrong adress e never called back i their website doesn’t allow to do more then try again or go to their office witch is 1h trip from where i live! 😡😡 1 more thing, i was home waiting for the goods and i checked the photo they sent, its the apparment next to me but if they had called me at the time of delivery i had met him without any problem and we had avoided this situation 2 times. I honestly think that nao costs nothing to make a small call to the customer if they have struggles finding the address indicated and come 2 times to stop at the same site and show the same picture shows disinterestse in making the satisfied client, I refer to never mistaken in the my address and i have orders coming 1 time a week guaranteed and have always come to a stop à my door without a problem.
Just another nightmare, like most of the French services. Third world services, worst in entire Europe. Currently looking on the website to see how my furniture travels each day around entire France from one city to another one, and another one, and another one. After two delays, today I see 3 more extra days on the delivery date. Yaaay!
Strange place, I manage to get in through two electronically operated gates but to get out was quite a challenge. Google maps takes you to a parking for employees, that was the mistake. Anyway, they didn't have my parcel, they said "bug in the system...".
Delivery good on times. People are responsible and respectful
