LES PORTES D'ESTILLAC

What can I say? An awesome location so close to the Bassin d'Arcachon and the St Brice bathing pool, and a short drive to the golden sands and bodyboarding paradise of the Cap Ferret peninsula. There is a swimming pool, cre he, washing facilities on premise, and of course a pool bar that serves awesome pizzas. You can even order breakfast baguettes and patisseries from the friendly staff who seem to be ever present there. Bike hire is easy and the nearby towns are charming and accessible. And most of the tourists are French, so the whole area doesn't feel spoiled. Fantastic!!!!

This is by far the dirtiest place I've ever been to. Everything smells, it's old and needs an urgent renovation. There're no mosquito nets on the doors or windows so the place was full of all kinds of insects. The reseption is also open only for a few hours a day and you have to carefully select your time arrival so to avoid long waiting. Bottom line, if you're not prepared for a deep cleaning upon arrival, I suggest you find another place.

Outside furniture uncleaned. Inside house,sand and dirt in corners. Insufficient trolleys.Grass areas neglected.No small bins around the site. We have been coming to nemea regularly for many years,and apart from the parking area the whole site and accomodation have been neglected. You have a lot of competition in the area...you need to up your standards! We may not be returning . I could continue with more detail .

Welcome in the south of France, close to the sea or the big city of Bordeaux. This is a nice place to have your base camp. Stay at the house, go swim in the pool or explore the coastline of the Atlantic. No matter which direction you choose, you will enjoy it! So relax and come to your senses.

Nice place for holidays. Rooms are ok (a bit small). Swimming pool was a bit cold but we appreciated that there was a teacher to give swimming classes (10 euros each hour).

I did online check-in hence before we reached there, they already assigned an object B52 & gave keys and detail in a cover. I got the keys and I asked How to goto B52 . She saw we are asians (brown color) & immediately she took the cover from me and went inside. After 10 mins I got another key, it is A70. When we check-in the object A70 it has very old furniture, a bad smell inside, rusted kitchen equipment, insects and sticky utensils. Overall A70 is not a good object (both inside and outside). Later we saw Object B52. It looks new, very good inside and outside. This is assigned white family. I stayed many times with NEMEA but the first time I had the worst quality residence and country/color descrimination for assigning the object. I like NEMEA but I would not recommend to stay Residence Les Rives de Saint Brice An unhappy customer

Accomodations were old and absolutely filthy. The payed wi-fi was super weak. You have to pay for bed sheaths and they were stained and dirty as well.

Great place, well situated for cycling around the Bassin. Lovely people in the reception. We had been before, we will be back. Thanks
