the expert who come to evaluate the damage was very good, advised that I should also get the windscreen replaced so I agreed. However, I have had to pay out over 3000 Euros and it is taking forever to get the money back from the insurance company.
Excellent service. Our claim was handled quickly and efficiently, and importantly for us, mainly in English.
Very dissatisfied with the length of time it has taken to progress our claim and the fact that the assessor has not accepted that all the damage occurred during the one claim
