Transport on tram from Nice & an easy flat walk. Very clean, drinks and light food options available to purchase. Not too big so the crowds not overwhelming set in the upper levels but not at the very back and was happy without view of the stage walking back to tram at 10:30 /11 pm not a problem as so many people walking in the same direction from a safety point of view not glamorous but very functional as most stadiums are these days.

Easy to park, entry security were fabulous very friendly and welcoming. Only one bar open so very long queue. Ushers were lovely, seating view was great. Parking was a bit of a nightmare to leave... Overall, brilliant! Can't wait to go again! 🎉

I guess I’m comparing this venues to ones in the U.K. but flew here for this concert and although that was fab, the facilities at the venue weren’t. + Good public transport from Nice city centre to the venue and only €1.50. + 3 x layers of security checks + Good flow into the venue + Great seats + friendly and efficient welcome - huge queues for toilets, drinks, food (which was limited) and merch too. - just not enough toilets, staff and ‘Point of Sale’ places in and around the venue. - would have spent money but queues just too long to be able to make it back in time for the performance, at start, interval or at the end (3rd attempt for merch) - huge numbers smoking right outside the front doors at the interval, so foyer filled with smoke and you could avoid breathing it in. - also mentioned in other reviews - the lack of ventilation - and Hanz Zimmer did complain about it too and they brought fans in stage mid-way. - Getting back to city took far too long. Not the venues fault but got to tram stop at 11.20 and no tram until 11.50. We were rammed in all the way back to city centre. Very uncomfortable for everyone and took longer than normal due to sheer numbers on board. Overall, venue needs an update and more staff to serve. Taxi home if there’s a next time?

Tricky to get in. Huge queues for the bag check. Once inside section P is hard to find. Poor signage. Dont bother driving as they hold cars until people leaving has thinned out. No chance of Uber or taxi. The tram was full. We walked back to the airport and still waited for 30 minutes for an Uber back to Beaulieu. Arrived back at 0115 for a gig that ended at 2315. But... Lenny Kravitz was absolutely fantastic. Just build in at least 1 hour at the venue before the time as the queues are so long.

Very nice performance hall where we've watched Dire Straits Experience who performed excelently.

Nice looking venue and the interior seating is reasonable in terms of spacing and access (including wheelchair access for the lower seats). Security at events is understandably strict and the staff did a good job. The refreshments are just ok - no fresh pop-corn (bagged) and bottles of fizzy drinks (plus water). Toilets are adequate. What was rather disappointing (aside from refreshments) and the reason I gave 3 stars was the car parking - I'm unsure why I had to pay for this when already shelling out for an expensive ticket. In addition, I was bemused and frustrated that there are no baby changing facilities. That seems a necessity when so many of the shows at the venue are family orientated!

Shaka Ponk. They would be amazing anywhere, but the Palais Nikaïa was great. We took an Uber to the venue from Laurent de Var and pre-booked with Uber for the journey back. This is our third chance to visit France, from the UK, to see Shaka. We were very happy. The one tiny downside were the queues to buy food and drink.

It's OK. It's big and well connected to public transport. It is clean and with a big parking, I could not say if big enough, proximity with the highway as well. Bathrooms are so so
