We stayed in the apartments and had the best time! The spa is super! The bedding and towels are so soft and I’m tres picky. The concierges are the BEST, and this neighborhood in Clichy is really nice, convient shops, surprisingly quiet at night(street noise from room on side street fairly light). We give this hotel/airbnb 5 out of 5 croissants. 🥐🥐🥐🥐🥐

A great little hotel. The staff were lovely, the room was nice and the pool area was a lovely little bonus. It was clean, comfortable and ideally situated for the metro.||The room was a bit warm and we couldn’t have air con on because it was so noisy but you can’t have everything. ||It’s a little out of main Paris but the metro is so easy to get to and it means you are away from the hustle and bustle.||The staff couldn’t have been more helpful with our terrible French

Very clean, cozy hotel with great spa facilities.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d like to thank them for a warm welcome. However, some things bothered me. Some days before our stay we got an e-mail to do a pre check-in. While doing the check in, I chose the option to pay for bad linnen for the wellness. It turns out the only thing we got was a simple towel. Given the circumstances that there were limited changing rooms due to renovations (totally understandable), I would at least expect a bath robe and some slippers. None of them were provided. Furthermore, when we arrived we still had to pay for the tourist tax. This should have been mentioned before, and it wasn’t. Overall the comfort in the bedrooms was very basic, with limited space to store your clothes and only half a roll of low quality toilet paper.

Hotel Residence Europe & Spa is a nice small hotel with clean rooms, a pleasant small swimming pool and spa area, and a good breakfast. The staff was friendly and the overall experience was comfortable and relaxing. A bit far from central Paris, but still a good option for a quiet stay.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities at a great price. The service and staff go far beyond expectations with Samy and Andre at the front desk make sure your stay is enjoyable. The hotel is by far the best in Clichy for value and service.

came to this hotel residence to celebrate my mum’s birthday. When we first arrived, we were warmly welcomed by two amazing staff members — however, the rest of our experience was very disappointing. We were not treated kindly by other staff, and a concerning incident occurred during our stay. We left our room with the sign indicating that housekeeping could clean it. When we returned, the sign had been changed to “Do Not Disturb,” and it was clear that someone had entered our room. I went to reception to ask who had been inside. I was told that maintenance had been in the room, but no explanation was given at the time. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, who said a technician had entered to “increase airflow.” Neither my mum nor I had reported any issues, and we were not informed or asked for permission for anyone to access our room while our personal belongings were inside. The manager offered complimentary breakfast and housekeeping, but this did not address our concerns. We are leaving tomorrow, and despite requesting cleaning, we have not had housekeeping service during the three days of our stay. I am very upset with the customer service and the lack of communication and respect for our privacy. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone who expects to be informed before staff enter their room.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms are small but incredibly comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect—surrounded by great restaurants and with super easy access to the metro and buses. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!
