A truly exquisite spa experience on the French Riviera. The hammam is perfectly heated, enveloping you in a deeply soothing atmosphere, while the spacious sauna invites complete relaxation. The indoor pool is beautifully warm, with a variety of massage jets that create an indulgent and revitalizing sensation. The outdoor sea-water pool is simply magnificent, offering a serene moment of luxury under the open sky. Every detail reflects elegance, tranquility, and impeccable care. A refined sanctuary for those who appreciate the art of well-being.

My best advice to anyone is to avoid the Thalazur hotel, the hotel itself is nice at reception, then as you walk towards rooms the corridors are very dirty , the staff are very rude especially cleaning staff and receptionists and our room was only half cleaned and we had to reuse towels most days one day we had to ring reception for toilet paper it was crazy. Carpets in rooms were dirty and don’t seem to be ever cleaned and balcony is full of bird poo which is disgusting. The pool is filthy and there is black areas of viable dirt and you aren’t allowed to eat or drink at the pool which is forbidden, myself and my partner found this bizarre as if you had small kids this would be extremely difficult and unfair. I was told to go to my room to eat by life guard one day and by hotel staff as I was feeling weak one day at the pool as I suffer with blood sugars and I couldn’t eat the hotel breakfast or lunch as it was disgusting and sausages weren’t even cooked properly they were half raw and my partner also got sick from the breakfast. Staff lack English and we couldn’t access the spa as nobody had any English to discuss the treatments. Over all our experience in the hotel was disappointing and staff didn’t want to hear any of it as we were rudely dismissed when we complained in a nice manner and told the staff had no English.

Another great stay at this place. Loved the apartment and SPA. Though missed heated outdoor pool (this time it was cold). The guy (sorry, don't remember his name) at the reception was most helpful. If you wanna grab some food late in the evening there's a pizza point 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

The rooms feel outdated and run down. The carpets are dirty and the layout of the rooms is very odd. The gym, is… I don’t even know what it is. There are no weights or machines, just cardio. Soooo… someone missed the memo. The location… meh. Could be better, could be worse. But, the hotel smells like actual 💩 as soon as you walk in. 5 PM, walk down and ask if they have coffee, answer is yes. I ask if they have food, he says, no. Why would a hotel not have some food at 5 PM? It’s not like there’s a restaurant next door. 9:26 PM, walked down to get some food, shocker, closed, no food. And the staff is pretty rude and could really care less.

This place was a huge disappointment and feels like a scam. Even though we booked a full package with full board, nearly everything costs extra. The restaurant clearly separates guests by offering two menus: one very limited and low quality for full-board guests, and another with better food that is not included. Avoid this place.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I had stayed there a few years ago without any particular problems, but the quality of service seems to have deteriorated considerably since then. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change because of the loud noise coming from the neighboring room. I had to wait several minutes at the front desk, in the presence of the manager and several staff members, who were discussing, or rather chatting, about another colleague in front of me, without paying me any attention. This situation demonstrates a real lack of professionalism. The hotel facilities are aging, but the most concerning issue remains the management and customer service. The attitude adopted gives the impression that guests' concerns are not taken into consideration. My request to change rooms was refused and no apology was offered for the wait. This experience does not meet the expected standards of service.

This is an amazing hotel really nice clean and very spacious rooms. Very accommodating. The staff were amazing some were better than others. The food was out of this world. Things I've not tried before and have come home with the intention of recreating some dishes. The over all cleanliness of the hotel was actually really good. The pool areas were exceptional salt water pools that were really weird as I felt like I had to learn to swimm again. Our overall view was a 10 out of 10 in all aspects. For the people that want a shop its a 25 ish min walk to your closest shop and an extra 10 mins to get to the Funland antibes that can be seen from the town view and pool view at night. We took a walk down 1 evening and wow!! The best funfair i think I've ever seen. Plenty of security and great rides. So anyway back to the hotel book it up and enjoy half board it was brilliant.

Ants crawling on us at 4:30 am. Infestation in the room—disgusting. Sleep gone, belongings to clean, and reception’s big “solution”? Hand us another room like nothing happened. Tried three times to see the manager. The answer? She doesn’t have time for you. Come back after breakfast tomorrow. Oh, sorry—didn’t realize guest problems need an appointment. And that “luxury” saltwater pool? More like a science experiment. Black stuff growing on the bottom—dirty, gross, and nowhere near what you’d expect for the price. Unacceptable.
