Just across the border from Spain (San Sebastian). We took the TGV 8530 and it's a nice train with great facilities that will take us to Paris in about 6 hours

Well run train station with smooth connection from the Euskotren train and the border crossing from Spanish Basque Country. Could do with some lifts.

The train station has good connection to the spain and France. It’s on the border of France and spain. You can get train to San Sebastián every 30 minutes. apart from the you can find connection to French citizen and nearby cities even. It take very less time compare to near by cities in French but bit expensive than buses.

Very bad indication about the tracks A and 1. We missed our train and then the administration was not exactly helpful...

Missed my TGV connection because of train delay in Spain, then couldn't change my reservation for the next TGV because there's no one working here on Sundays. Had to wait two hours for a slower TER. Yes, I've learned the hard way that Eurail/Interrail is a joke, but so is having a TGV terminus without an operational ticket counter at a reasonable hour on Sunday.

At the beginning they were not sympathetic and helpful to the situation we were in (we were trying to get back to Germany by train as quickly as possible after our Air France flights had been cancelled due to striking of the personnel). In the end, they did help, and were somewhat courteous.

The woman at the front desk of the sncf center is allergic to work and hates people. We had to call the hotline so they‘d do the same thing that would have been her job! What a waste of time and resources!

Small and basic train station. It's clean and tidy, but lots of stairs to negotiate as you move around. There are no lockers here, and no luggage storage facilities here either. For that, you need to cross the road and go to Le Kafé Olé where it's €5 per bag per day.
