MOUSSAOUI ABDELLATIF

I was brought in by ambulance after an accident. The staff were generally friendly and did a decent job at debriding my wounds, although they missed some debris, which I had to have removed elsewhere. The staff also did not diagnose my broken arm, which was eventually spotted by a doctor abroad after a month. I was also given no information about arranging nursing and was just discharged and left to figure it out by myself, despite being from abroad and having serious injuries.

Rudest receptionist I’ve ever spoken to. I’ve also been in the emergency department and they were professional and kind, four out of five stars for them. But wow, that receptionist was rude, rude rude.

Everyone i came across during my stay (broken wrist) was absolutely fabulous. Special shout out to Alberto the anaesthetist and Gilles, who hand made my bandage. But everyone , nurses, porters, doctors,was so lovely and caring when i was in alot of pain. Thank you so much.

Excellent hospital, I had an appendectomy, an emergency surgery. I was treated with care an attention at the emergency services. Everyone was kind and helpful. Excellent doctor, I can only say positive things about my stay at the hospital.

Worst hospital I ever stayed in. I do not eat animal products. They do not provide a vegan diet. None of the food they gave me was fresh and it was not enough. I lost nine kilograms in 7 days. Every day hungry all day. Not the way to treat someone who has had a stroke.

Had my operation, excellent place, the staff you can not fault, I was looked after very well. The hospital very clean and everybody was helpful and polite. Definitely would recommend this hospital.

The best hospial I have been to for holistic care around the world.. Dr Sire and his team are wonderful. The staff are excellent. I hate hospital but if need be, I will always go to Cahor. Thank you.

Excellent care and wonderful staff for my hip replacement, but the most awful food you can imagine.
