I was both surprised and delighted by the service from the staff—it might just be the most efficient store I’ve ever visited. Perhaps I was lucky that day! 😅 Although I didn’t manage to score a bag, I did get most of the items on my wishlist: a wallet, a bag charm, scarves, and shoes. These pieces are still incredibly hard to find in many Asian countries, so I’m very grateful. Just a heads-up for future visitors: different Sales Associates (SAs) handle different departments, and the leather department operates separately—so plan accordingly! Even if you don’t walk away with a bag, don’t miss out on the tea set and food—they’re worth the experience. Huge thanks to Jus/Jeus, Lisa, and Mailys—you truly made my day! 🥰🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 I also hope to see more young and passionate SAs in other countries—it really makes a difference. I spent 4 hours there . From the moment I walked in, Bilal—from the Client Experience team—swiftly and intuitively assessed my needs. His ability to triage the flow of guests and pair them with the right Sales Associate is no small feat. With quiet confidence and precision, he aligned me with Constant, a Sales Associate whose background includes over five years at Hermès’ primary competitor, LVMH. Constant proved to be a standout in men’s ready-to-wear. His technical knowledge of the Hermès aesthetic was matched by a deeply personable approach. Finally, my time with Takashi, an international jewelry expert with over 20 years of experience, was nothing short of exceptional. One of the prettiest Hermes Stores, it’s so large and the staff were welcoming and hospitable. Only downside is that almost everything we wanted was not in stock 🤣

Amazing private rooftop! Love to sit and have my morning coffee there. Store is super busy on Saturdays. Sales people want to sell and move to the next customer, quickly. And if you don't have an appointment, don't even think about getting a bag. Not quite what I'd expect for high luxury. Go to the Sev location for a better experience
