Let me preface this with, I traveled International every year, and often on 2 to 3 week trip. This is at the end of a 3 week trip flying first class from Paris to London: Cleanliness: 1) I put down my tray table and it was full of crumbs that were also smashed into the sea back in front of me. I know some passengers are messy, but the cleaners should also know this and do a better job for the next passenger who deserves a clean area.
They cancelled my flight hours before I was supposed to leave. They then tried to rebook me on 2 different flights to arrive at my destination which did not work for my plans that I had made and pre-paid for at ny final destination. I informed them I would not be on the flight was requested a refund. They refused to provide me a refund it give me a credit for my flight that I paid for but did not use because they canceled it.
My worst flight ever. Airfrance flight af0069 from Sky Harbor pheonix to paris france. Here are my reasons. 1. I arrived at the airport 2 and a half hour early like anyone who is flying internationally should. Then i was directed by an airfrance customer service representative to head over to kiosk for checkin. I checked in and kiosk printed a standby boarding pass. I headed to customer service desk at the ticketing counter to try to resolve the issue. Keep in mind that i purchased this ticket from airfrance website. I was then directed to head to the boarding area to finish checking in. At the boarding area (gate 23b). I went to customer service representative and after a few clicks he turned around and walked away unexcused. Leaving me in a state of shock. I have a standby ticket and no seat this was the issue. I asked the other rep and she said he will come back to assist me. Ok!. He returned and immediately went over to assist the crew in getting to the plane. I asked if someone can help? No one was the obvious answer. I asked another rep to help and she called over supervisor to assist. Again, supervisor few clicks on computer and asked me to leave and come back in few so she can take another customer. I told her that she is not done with me how can she take another customer? My question went unanswered. Anyway, after going back and forth with them for more than an hour, they decided to print me a boarding pass. Is this normal??? 2. I Got seated in the appropriate seat and put my belongings away. Then, i started chatting with the passenger on the left side. We were rudely interrupted by an airfrance security person. He asked the person next to me if his last destination is Mumbai, India? And followed with other questions.. I thought ok good! they got the bad guy. I came to learned that the security guard was actually soliciting for a miles card for the airlines. This was very strange to me. I have been flying for over 26 years this has never happened to me. I
The worst company ever I flew with! They lost my luggage and claimed it never found. As if it disappeared in the air. Refund was minimum wich even didn’t cover 1/5 of content of my luggage. Since then I banned all my family from flying with them. Cheaters and liars. I can’t understand how they call themselves the top aviation company of France. The worst!
I have boked a ticket in June, the ticket was later cancelled from Airfrance because we did not receive what we orderd! After I have sent 6 emails to customer support, who replied already in June, that refund is on its way, I did not receive the refund until this day 8th of September 2023! After 6 emails with customer support, still no sight of refund!
