Excellent beach front hotel with parking. Warm welcome. Modern clean bright sea front room with balcony where we could enjoy our room service breakfast. Easy to walk to the centre of Hendaye or across the road to the magnificent beach. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located right by the beach, separated only by the street. Especially in September, it is pleasantly quiet. The reception was rather matter-of-fact, without much warmth. The rooms are large and spacious, as is the bathroom. Less positive was the cleanliness in the bathroom – a few hairs were still in the shower and sink, which affected the first impression. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the drain, so it is better to sleep with the window open. All in all, however, it is still a hotel where you can have a good stay.

Excellent beach front hotel with parking. We received a very warm welcome with lots of good information provided as it was out first visit. Modern clean room with lovely bathroom. You order breakfast when you arrive and it was a pleasure to have this delivered to our room to eat on our balcony each morning. Everything is walkable from the hotel and we didn't use the car for 3 days ...perfect. We will return.

Fantastic location right across from the beach and easy walk to the centre of town along the promenade. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We booked a larger room which was on the first floor (no elevator) and faced the beach so we could hear the sea, which was very calming. Room had a fridge, kettle and safe. ||We had breakfast in the morning which was generous.

So we are two sort of retired Americans driving through the south of France with Bilbao as our current goal and wanting a restful and comfortable place to stay. Ocean view please with a king bed and terrace is requested, and received. ||This family run type of hotel fits the bill. ||Place is lovely and kept up spic and span plus. All interiors and exteriors maintained with care and it shows. ||We were here in " off " season, last week of April ,during some unseasonably cool spring weather. Warm, comfy rooms with everything in place. I'd stay here anytime. Simple continental breakfast was offered that was perfectly adequate and freshly prepared. ||Only two small items that I wish were better: would have loved to have ability to make early am coffee/ tea in our room before breakfast, and want a wifi connection that was clearer and faster. ( thick hotels walls may be the cause) ||"Uhainak" hotel has an unusual name, but very special good hospitality.

We stayed for one night on our way to Spain; two rooms with great views across the beach to the sea. The rooms are comfortable without being outstanding but the experience of lying in bed with the sound of the waves breaking over the sand was new to me. It took a few minutes to get used to it but it was certainly memorable. Hendaye itself is clearly a bit of a surfing magnet and we weren't blessed with the best weather for July but it was an interesting enough place for a short stay.

Lovely quiet hotel, right at the sandy beach. Clean and comfortable rooms, recommend to take a room w/balcony and sea view. Amazing. 👌💕

Very friendly, lovely room and and balcony. There is a guest parking that might be a bit tricky for large cars. The beach is right across the street, and there are bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Would definitely go back.
