I was used emergency side after my mounjaro overdose, side effects. Paramedics, nurses and Drs was helping me immediately and give me right medication! I feel much better and safe ! Maybe hospital not new because it’s not privet , but personal care is good!
I had the most terrible experience at this hospital. As a tourist in Paris, on my very first night I had an accident and fell down the stairs in my Airbnb whilst going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The ambulance attendants didn't know what to do with me and just assumed I was drunk. They made me walk from the Ambulance to the Emergency room and then just waved me in. There was NOBODY in this emergency room. I sat there with blood pouring out of my head for at least 10 minutes before somebody appeared and told me to come on in. I was stitched up and sent on my way, no scan, no x-ray nothing. I had a fallen down the stairs head first. The Dr pointed to the hand basin and the anti-bacterial handwash and I was advised I could clean up my face there. When told I could go, I asked for pain relief and was given 2 paracetamol and when asked about concussion, was told NO RISK. I clearly had concussion with 4 bouts of vomiting and dizziness when walking. No assistance, just "bye". I have never experienced anything like it. I will never criticize the Australian health care system again. I honestly thought it was a fake hospital and I was on a reality tv show, waiting for "Gotcha" after I came out. AVOID this hospital at all costs. Throughout the remainder of my holiday, the French people I told the story to were appalled. N.B. Arrived home in Australia 2.5 weeks later and had a CT scan immediately which showed a bleed on my brain.
I gave birth in this hospital and i have the most beautiful experience. The professionalism of doctors, midwives, nurses was incredible and kindness is beyond words they made my first labor and delivery so beautifully memorable and also the high level of hygiene in rooms I felt soo comfortable. Everything was perfect if I could I would give 1000000 stars for this hospital. I highly recommend if you are not sure which hospital to choose for giving birth choose this hospital you’ll not regret it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I was taken to this hospital with chest pair by the SAMU. From the moment I was taken, I was taken care of very well but the emergency staff, despite the fact that they were completely overloaded. Then I was taken to their cardiology department where they did an angeoscopy and a stint installed, and I spent 4 days in their cardiology ICU. These are some of the most amazing health professionals I have come across (my parents both have heart issues and so I have see the quality of service given in different parts of the world.) I want to thank them for saving my life and for giving me such exceptional care.
I just wanted to commend the staff at this hospital for a quick and kind treatment for my partner today, against a backdrop of what are obviously challenging circumstances. Something you’d ultimately expect in a public inner city hospital where funding doesn’t match the scale of social/health problems staff are having to deal with. We are tourists and my partner fell requiring stitches in his leg. We were out within 1hr15 minutes and they spoke to us in English the entire time something us English speaking nations should never take for granted. I hope the staff see this as I always think anyone that goes into healthcare cares, but those who go into public healthcare must have a pretty bottomless capacity to care. You are appreciated. (We were the Australian guy and the English girl you helped today!)
Nurse who take care the kids in the second floor in the maternity are very racist and some mid wife are not good... I don't like the service..
Maybe we are used to healthcare in the United States but the nurses were especially rude to my family member. There was absolutely no communication between the surgeons and nurses. They gave no medication for pain management even though my family member had a broken leg. After the emergency surgery was completed my family member was in recovery for over 4 hours with absolutely no communication and met with rudeness instead. If I could rate less than 1* I would. Please don't go to this hospital unless absolutely necessary. Also the ambulance took a long time to arrive on scene (not an accurate time as adrenaline set in but I believe over 25 minutes). The surgeons were nice and knowledgeable when you caught them in between surgeries but fire the nursing staff and start from scratch 🤢🤮(person opinion)
A visitor to Paris, I had a fall and hit my head on some steps. I was taken by ambulance to this hospital. Ambulance I could fault, spoke English and was very caring. Different matter when they dropped me off at this disgusting hospital. I have spent time in a hospital in Ghana West Africa, third world, it was streets ahead of this filthy disgusting hospital. There were no redeeming features, staff awful and rude. They would not let my husband accompany me so I was on my own with people who spoke on English. Took blood without gloves or washing hands. No access to water and was told I was very dehydrated, hello where do I get a drink, when I asked for water was told this is not a hotel. Many X-rays,scans, reports ( 7 hours) I walked out. They initially would not let me out but I made such a fuss they let me go. I did not pay a cent. I have now arrived back home in Australia and I find a bill waiting for me. I m not going to pay it they should be paying me for the trauma I endured. I had a fracture in my hand and they totally ignored that, went to a pharmacy and they bandaged it up for me. I would be prosecuted if I took my dog there. Thankfully this did not spoil my visit to Paris.
