LA SOURCE CHAUDE PARADIS

Chalets were great with facilities and pools lovely too. Downside is really a distance to get to anything. No close restaurants / bars / shops. You need a car and stock up before arriving. Fab views and so quiet. Lovely break.

This is the best place to stay in Basse-Terre. The lodges are super nice to stay in, all very clean and modern, while being on the edge of the jungle. Ludovic is a super nice host who manages the location and cooks the best Accras! Breakfast was amazing, too. Don't miss the sunsets!

Excellent view from our covered porch. Loved the outdoor kitchen and the general ambiance. The aubergist was hard to find when checking in. We had to hunt him down to get into our room. Couldn't find him when checking out, so we just left.

Ludovic is a very accommodating host. He speaks excellent English and will take the time to give day trip and evening activity recommendations complete with thorough directions and details. ||||The apartment we stayed in was great! large rooms and living room/kitchen. There is also ample porch space for relaxing at the end of a long day....if you don't want to use one of the pools that they have on site. ||||All in all a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Quiet, peaceful, well located to hike Le Soufriere, very helpful manager. Ludovic, the manager, answered all my questions and was very helpful. The setting was peaceful and charming. Apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, basic bathroom.

Paradis Trpoical is a very nice location. We were welcomed very friendly and informative aboute what to do and in perfect English langauage. I think we had the least nice accomodation of the property. It was ok for one night. All the other accomodation had better views and more private terras. For sure I would recommend to stay here so quite, nice garden, nice views. Ludovic is a great host.

Very rustic accommodations up in the hills with two pools that both have a great view of the sunset. The manager is a great host with a lot of knowledge of the island. If you are looking for luxury accommodations then don't go here, but if you are looking to get a more down to earth experience of Guadeloupe at a reasonable price this might be the right place for you. Stars deducted for poor wifi coverage, the shower missing anything to block the water from splashing out onto the floor, and staff availability (posted hours for the bar or reception seem to be rough guidelines). The two staff members we did meet were excellent though, and the best sights (Les Santes, the volcano, the waterfalls, snorkeling at Isle de Pigeon are all on this side of the island.

Wonderful hotel with spacious apartments, a very well equipped kitchen, a nice pool and a stunning view! Ludovic is an excellent host who will fulfill any wish and he speaks fluent English. The property is big and besides the pool there is a bar and an outdoor gym. Great place to spend the time! And if you want to see more of the island, the Matouba waterfall and some beaches aswell as Basseterre are close by. We loved our stay!
