This is our second year at Dragonnière and we were not disappointed. It was fairly quiet in the second week of half term in the UK, which is ideal for us. The selection of pools is outstanding and provides much entertainment for my children both under 12. The Lagoon is beautiful and enjoyed in the afternoon, especially with an inflatable! All the staff at the Bodega and Havana bars were brilliant and friendly. At least 50% spoke English, which helped as my French is awful! The entertainment every evening is really very good, the shows are though our and interactive. My kids will do the Dragonnière dance for a good few months after. Thanks for another great year Sandaya!

We’ve just come back from our amazing holiday here feeling very relaxed! |We flew into Beziers and hired a car, was really smooth and easy. The site is literally opposite the airport but they only have a very limited flight schedule so the campsite isn’t affected by noise. |We stayed in an Oliver 3 bed which was brilliant, they are octagon shaped so very spacious, with everything you need. They are also in the right hand side of the park which is a lot quieter with more space between the chalets. I would definitely recommend them. |The pools are all brilliant. My children loved the slides. We loved the laguna and the Olympic pool was really quiet and relaxed also. |We didn’t eat at the restaurants but used the shop, bakery and the ice creams and pizza places which were all brilliant. The bars were great too. |My children enjoyed the mini discos and bouncy castles. It was a bit weird as the disco started at 7, lasted 30 minutes and then there was nothing on until 9. |We didn’t use the kids clubs as have had bad experiences on other sites, though it did look good. |It’s a good site to explore Beziers and other local towns. |Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Such a fab holiday! Lots of food options, the entertainment was great and close to Bizier. Loved the pool options, run really well. We did half board and would highly recommend, so many options on site. Will definitely be back, lovely vibe. We stayed in a cabin, really good set up and air con.

Camping Stay Review (Family of 5 – Taos Bungalow) Pros: - Beautiful, green site – huge and well maintained - Great amenities: multiple pools, fitness areas, padel courts, plenty to do - Animation/entertainment staff were fantastic – friendly and engaging - Spacious bungalow, especially appreciated the extra studio space for a family, and the beds were very comfortable Cons: - Mice in the bungalow – running around at night, which made it hard to sleep; we had to keep all food tightly hidden :S - Bungalow felt a bit dated – broken radiator, marked walls, faulty lamp... - Noise from landscaping (tree trimming) during our stay – poorly timed and quite disruptive - Huge mosquito problem – nearly impossible to enjoy meals outside in the evening

Beautiful and peaceful camping, with clean, spacious accommodations and plenty of free or affordable activities like padel, volleyball, ping pong, and more. The pools and lagoon are spotless and well maintained. We chose the half-board option, which was good value, but breakfast lacked variety and had no hot options (except boiled eggs you cook yourself). Restaurants offer similar menus, and the kids’ choices in half-board were limited to just three dishes, so we ended up eating out a few times. Sadly, some staff and waiters were unhelpful and even rude if you don’t speak French, though the Terrace restaurant team and the girl at the Grill were excellent.

We recently stayed at Domaine la Dragonnière (Sandaya). While the campsite itself is fine, our experience with the accommodation and deposit was very frustrating. When we arrived, the accommodation was not properly cleaned—there was dirt and leftover mess from previous guests. Despite this, we made sure to leave everything tidy ourselves, doing all basic cleaning such as brushing, washing dishes, and general tidying. To our surprise, we were charged €135 for “cleaning not done”. Sandaya and Swikly provided photos of minor imperfections but refused to give any breakdown of tasks, hours, or costs, and we were never informed that professional-level cleaning was required. This felt excessive and unfair. While the campsite is nice, the lack of transparency, combined with the poor initial cleanliness and the unexpected cleaning charge, made the experience very disappointing. Tip for future guests: Document the state of your accommodation upon arrival and departure, and be prepared for potentially high cleaning fees.

Absolutely amazing place well worth the long trip down from North Yorkshire with the caravan. Honestly love the place. The staffs attention to detail is really appreciated. Just the simple touchs such as country badges on there name badges to show the languages that person can speak makes it so much easier for everyone. Sandaya are an amazing holiday group whom I will use again and again and recommend far and wide. Pitches are level and facilities are perfect. Pools are the lagoon which I didn't really appreciate till I got here just how fantastic it is. Loads to see and do nearby or just relax on site. Perfect

Positives:|Overall the campsite facilities and presentation were great. Lovely pool areas, the Lagoon was fantastic as well as the Olympic pool area. There are a number of decent restaurants, as well as a few take-aways which was handy. Lots of nice little shops and stores. In fairness the campsite itself was really excellent in terms of facilities, one of the best we've been to.||The entertainment was great and you could tell they put in a huge amount of work. However, just as a note, it is very much oriented to a French audience (you are in France after all) with little consideration for international visitors.||Negatives:|We felt it was very much let down by the complete lack of security oversight inside the park. Security seemed more interested in blowing their whistle at people in the wrong shorts than actually trying to make the camp fell like a safe family environment.||In particular the main roadway was a real hazard with kids on high-powered electric scooters racing up and down. How a small child has not been seriously harmed here is frankly a miracle.||There were a number of nights in a row where parties were going on in nearby cabins till 1am with clearly no patrols by security to prevent this.||We also found there to be an intimidating atmosphere for our kids, as there were some gangs of (not very nice) children roaming around causing problems with no security to discourage them. I saw multiple fights/attacks on the astro pitch, one small boy had their shoes taken and thrown in the river, items stolen and insults/intimidation. Generally not a nice atmosphere where we felt really safe leaving our children move about the campsite independently like in previous camps. In particular the astro/multi-sport pitch was a real problem as it was hidden from sight, without any security checking in regularly. We had to stop letting our kids go there which was a real shame, as the 'international' football games have always been a highlight for them. ||Also, as one oth
