Stayed with Eurocamp - the premium wasn’t as big as thought it’d be - no storage in kitchen for food and the main bedroom could barely move in but the site was absolutely perfect. 5 min walk from the beach front and all the shops and restaurants. Pool was amazing, both kids loved all the different areas and the slides Perfect sized site - not too big and not too small!

We had a fantastic family holiday at La Chapelle and are already planning to return in July 2026. The campsite is in a superb central location, with easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants and local attractions, meaning there is really no need for a car once you arrive.||The facilities were excellent, the site was clean and well maintained, and there was plenty to keep our young children entertained throughout our stay.||The only disappointment was the sun lounger situation around the pool. Many guests appeared to reserve loungers for the entire day by leaving towels on them, even when they were not using them. As a family with young children, we weren't looking to spend all day on a lounger – we simply wanted somewhere to leave our towels, shoes and belongings while enjoying the pool.||When we visited in August 2024, the pool staff managed this brilliantly. A siren was sounded and guests had 10 minutes to return to their loungers. Any towels left on unoccupied loungers after that time were removed. This system worked very well and significantly reduced the problem of people reserving loungers all day.||Unfortunately, during our visit in July 2025, the siren system did not seem to be used, and the issue of unattended reserved loungers became much more noticeable. It was disappointing to see a policy that had worked so effectively the previous year no longer being enforced.||Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend La Chapelle to families. We are looking forward to returning in July 2026 and hope to see the lounger management system consistently enforced again, as it made a real difference to the pool experience for everyone.

This is a fantastic place to stay and can not fault. The only suggestion I could offer is more kids and toddler disco's so it's not too late at night. But we would definitely come again. Thanks to all the staff and entertainers for making the holiday so much enjoyable.

Beautiful grounds, but unacceptable conditions & ignorant management ​I strongly advise against staying at this resort! ​The Positives: The pool/water area is truly great, and the beach is a lovely, fine pebble beach. However, this does not make up for the poor state of the accommodation. ​No Hot Water: In the first mobile home, we had no hot water at all. After a long journey, having to take freezing cold showers is unacceptable. It took two days before we were offered an alternative—until then, no solution was provided. ​Known Ant Infestation (Management Negligence): When we reported the ants, the staff immediately asked: "From the bedroom?" without us even mentioning the location! This proves the issue is well-known but intentionally ignored. My request to simply seal the entry points was denied. Instead, they just use a temporary chemical spray. ​Unbearable Living Conditions: The ants returned minutes after spraying. In the replacement mobile home (which was a downgrade without an oven), ants crawled out of holes under the sink and the AC unit. We were bitten in our sleep. One of the three bedrooms was completely unusable due to the infestation. ​Service Chaos: We spent hours waiting for technicians who couldn't help. Communication was slow, with move-in details for the second unit only sent via email late at night when we were already exhausted. ​We eventually gave up complaining because our vacation time was too precious to waste on this incompetent management. It seems these issues are systemic across their mobile homes. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

We (UK family) stayed here for 7 nights starting from an Easter Sunday via Jet Holiday. Overall we had a really good experience. The caravan was clean. The staff were all super helpful and spoke French, English and Spanish. The kids (11 & 15) loved the pools. There are 2 heated and one unheated larger pools. The heated pools are the equivalent of an Sports Centre pool in the winter. Not freezing cold but not super warm either. There are also two slides, though one is a side by side. And there is a smaller, ankle deep kid area with loads of spray things, small slides and waterfalls. The site also has a boulangerie that also does pizzas and burgers at lunch and the evening. The pastries and baguettes are the same price as shops outside the site. We ate pizzas on the last night and they were nice. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach from the entrance to the site. It's a long beach with lots of room. And there is a shopping area on the beach front with resturants, cafes and tourist shops. I wouldn't come here in July or August as I'm sure it's absolutely packed. We came at the perfect time. The weather was sunny and in the 20's everyday. And the campsite wasn't heaving with people. Overall I'd be more than happy to come back again anytime other than Summer.

Was great campsite , clean well maintained, pools where clean areas all kept clean. Bar was nice to sit and look mountains, carvan was well maintained and clean , all you need for self catering, and a grill nice big decking area. Washing machine room service was good , great location friendly staff , can talk English, location walkable 10 min to beach restaurant bars supermarket , would recommend and return ! Also for start season pool and slides ans pool bar was open and good variety pizza shop on site .

Really lovely stay. Very happy with everything. Except the extremely rude (consistently) pool bar woman. One was lovely. One was really awful. If you stayed at the same time, no doubt you will know exactly who I am talking about.

Friendly staff, fresh baguettes every morning, and a new mobile home with a big terrace made our stay very comfortable. The pool has fun slides and poolside catering, and older kids loved the Teenager Club. Charging our electric car on site was a huge plus. The camping is also in a great location, close to the city, shops, supermarkets and local amenities. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall a great holiday spot!
