Good enough selection. Service absolutely terrible. Lots of staff but no one on cashier. Gave up and left. Bit of a fail if you have all the goods but people cant actually buy them.

Typical department store, with prices to match, I'm sure they have their bargain's but didn't see them on our visit, the store is very bright and clean with lots of helpful staff on hand to help, so worth going in to see.

Many stores, pretty big place, nice view on the beach but there isn’t a single toilet in there, which is ridiculous. 3 star

Service is terrible!! shop assistants don’t want to help you… so then I left and I bought clothes and body creams in a different shop. I am surprised because in every shop everyone is so kind in Biarritz. I definitely won’t go back, luckily there are a lot of amazing shops in the city.

I have always loved the selection of products at Lafayette. There's always something for every budget. This shop was no different. We were lucky and went there during the summer sale and we got some fantastic bargains. We even went there again the following day it was so good!

Product selection not up to date and presentation could be mutch better. Unfortunately they have no food/delicatessen section. The cosmetic section is still not very celean and the stuff/team around the Galerie very superficial. I don't care about me, but if i would be the manager i would wash there heads.
