My wife & I recently visited the “Creed Perfumes” Retail Counter in Galeries Lafayette Nice City Centre. We were welcomed by Nicholas. Nicholas was very knowledgeable regarding the Creed range of products. Nicholas was kind courteous & an absolute pleasure to deal with. We bought the Creed Carmine perfume & matching body lotion. My wife was very happy. Well done Nicholas 10/10

I've been to both Gallery Lafayette in Paris and in Nice. I have to say I prefer to the one in Paris. The service and selection is different. I enjoyed my cup of coffee on the top floor. Beautiful architecture and central location. Easily accessible by tram.

The mall is good for shopping bags/ gifts. Level 4 is the tax refund if you spend more than 100 euros too! Came here 2 days straight. There’s also many brands like COACH, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors. Recommended! It’s also close to the train and food and beach nearby.

Beautiful store in a prime location ✨ with a strong lineup of luxury brands and excellent fragrance selection 🌸—definitely a highlight. Tax-free office onsite (bring your real passport!) 💸. Downsides: men’s global luxury options feel surprisingly limited, and overall it lacks the scale of Paris 😬. Worth a visit, just manage expectations.

Took 1 hour to buy 2 towels, 45 minutes of which was devoted to waiting in line for the register, and it is not like there were many people, the employees were just slow

I had a bad experience returning an item that I made sure would be easily returned. It was a cheap 15 euro necklace. I brought it back a day later and a cashier accused me of wearing it because a piece of scotch tape was missing in the back of the paper card it was attached to. That is how I bought it. I did not appreciate when a worker accused me of fraud. I spent thousands at this store, but I will never set my foot there again . To the management who responds to the review- I don’t need your apologies, I expect you to ACTIONS.

Incredible beauty and history. I recommend visiting this city with the whole family. The architecture is incredible. The only downside is parking. It took me 40 minutes to find a suitable and free place.

For Australians living, working, visiting France, this department store is the equivalent of a Myers or David Jones. Modern on the inside with all the luxury brands you would expect plus new high quality brands to discover.
