Good hotel, relatively close to Chambery station, simple check-in which works for late arrivals, great breakfast, well equipped rooms. Just beware there are no lifts - maybe ask for a room on floor 0, 1 or 2 if you've got a lot of heavy luggage.

Despite a localized next to the highway, quiet place with no noise.|At B&B hotels, the best breakfast I can imagine: for 8€50, bacon, scrambled eggs & sausages !! In a 3 or 4 *, it costs 14€ to get a similar breakfast. No change pls and go on with these kind of services. Congrats

Top service! Rooms are spacy and clean. However yet with no air conditioning on a 28°c day of early May. Excellent location close to the train station and car rental. However room windows are on loudy motorway side. In general worth the price paid.

On arrival at the hotel there was a situation at the gate. It wouldn't open for the guests trying to get out. The staff member was struggling to open it with a list of codes on his phone. The staff member appeared to be in pain with bandages on both legs. He showed a picture to the other guest. After the gate opened I drove in and parked. When I got in to the hotel the door to reception was closed so it was to be an automated check in. Fine I've stayed with the hotel group before. I used the machine but the there was a problem. It said my room was not ready. What, at 23.00hrs? 3 times over 15 minutes I had to use the intercom to speak to someone. Eventually the staff member returned sucking air through his teeth and telling me I hadn't paid. How did I get a booking reference number on an email then? After more huffing and puffing he eventually sent an email with my access code. It took nearly an hour from my arrival to get to my room. I was hungry, tired and now upset. Too late for food I put my head down for some sleep. I was glad to get out of there in the morning, not looking over my shoulder to say good day. Really bad experience. The group needs to send in senior management to review and update the hotel. Staff attitude needs to improve.

The lot adjacent to the hotel has a lot of trash such as empty bottles strewn across the lot. The hotel is next to the A-road with significant road noise inside my bedroom. The site of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The staff were very professional and eager to help to maximise my enjoyment over my night's stay. The hotel was clean, but there was not lift. My only criticism is the location, which was awful.

Hotel classified as 2 stars perhaps only on the day of its inauguration, after which the common areas and their cleanliness leave something to be desired: carpet on the stairs broken and dirty, cavity in the external windows dirty and with cobwebs, a sign that they haven’t seen a rag for months. There is no lift and we had a room on the fourth floor. Drink dispenser not working (We arrived with 38°, we asked at least for ice but it wasn’t there). Overall clean room good,  except for the shower curtain full of black dots of dirt. Good breakfast. The staff was helpful. Excellent location for those passing through as soon as they exit the motorway. There is nothing nearby; 1.5km away you reach the city center. For those passing on the highway it is an excellent fishing net.

Hotel is not that expensive, but has no elevator and has 4 floors. I have been to a lot of B&B hotels in different countries but this one is the worst. Outdated rooms and hotel. But it is a place to sleep in a nice area with the lakes and mountains nearby. Hotel staff is nice and helpfull.
