SAS C2M RENOVATION

I was impressed by T2M reactivity (emails answered the same day, quick turnaround for a well-structured and fair offer, proactive communication) but mostly by the dynamic, polite and smiling crew (even despite being heavily delayed as they got stuck 4 hours at the customs). We have realised how coordinating teams in different EU countries with external staff and languages can be complex - but well executed. There were up to 5 people unloading our goods (38m3). Nothing was broken despite having to unload and load twice (!): move + storage of 3 weeks. Ps: T2M: thanks for carrying all these heavy book boxes. Future clients: Please make sure not to overload 😅

Excellent service. I appreciated the rapid communication before, on and after the move. The removal team were so friendly, professional and kind. Very impressed.

T2M offered an attractive quote, i.e. neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they offered a very reasonably priced contract for the very serious job they performed. The packaging was extremely good quality (double-wall cardboard boxes). On moving day, Selim and his colleague carefully packaged most of the furniture for storage, dismounted a couple of wardrobes to make room in the truck. They were highly competent, organised and professional, and did the job surprisingly fast (about 2 hours). My furniture was put in storage for about 9 months, without any significant damage. Then Selim followed my move all the way to Glasgow, moving my stuff there himself, then being present for the move in day (although he lifting was handled by a local company). Would recommend anytime.

Momo and Nadjir have moved all of my stuff to the 3rd floor in Paris in just a couple hours and are very very friendly and efficient. I can recommend T2M to anyone moving internationally within Europe!

We moved end of August / beginning of september 2021 from Paris to Freiburg im Breisgau. Our experience with T2M was great: The movers were very friendly and quick, they arrived on time (or even early, but they communicated this in advance to check if this is ok) and a large part of the things arrived intact and complete. Two floor mats went missing and a drawer broke but both were refunded without discussion. We moved from Switzerland to Paris two years ago with another company and it was a very bad experience, especially now that I know it can be done so much better. I would definitely choose T2M again for our next move because they are professional, reliable and they make the move less stressful than it already is which is kind of the point of hiring a moving company :).

Moving aboard, I faced with 2 crews 1 for depart 1 for arrival and I found the same professional mindset between both. I m recommending strongly this company. Obviously, I m completely satisfied.

We moved from France to Spain and everything went actually better than planned, in the sense that the delivery was realized *the same day* (and not the next day, as originally agreed), which was great for us. The service was flexible and the delivery adapted to our needs, including last-moment requests. Overall, highly recommended!

never never again don’t move with this company outside of France they will send you a minimum crew 2 people for 70 m3 the supervisor was unable to communicate with the German temp he didn’t speak English at all or another language and didn’t know how to manage … And his helper was sent to unload an other contract so basically the packing was made by 1 professional the loading as well a nightmare We had some many things broken or damaged and were lucky some boxes were just packed with breakable without any protection…. They didn’t protect the floors minimum crew minimum material …
