Ordered a child table and chair set online. Received only one parcel out of two and the order was marked as delivered. Contacting customer care is next to impossible and in most cases you are obligated to go and return items at the store where you have to wait almost an hour before you can speak to someone. The cherry on the cake is that they have signs in the store showing how you can quicken the return by doing certain steps online but the link doesn’t work once you enter a valid order number. Overall the « Omni commerce » experience is very disappointing . It’s surprising that an enterprise this big cannot manage online returns and tracking correctly.
Hi girteka thts good ikea in Paris France they r unload 4h to 12h and 16h to 22h smal entrance ,wc/shower Drop documents by window in pic and weit fir ramp probly slow unloading
This IKEA is very easy to access 🚗🚇👍. The store is well organized and convenient to walk through 🛍️➡️😊. The bed department is excellent 🛏️✨ with great service and helpful advice 👌💬.
All the staff at the Payment points have gone , instead after you pay and get a receipt some security then insists on checking your purchases. Surely its just easier to pay those staff to work on tills ? It just seems like the dumbest situation whoever thought it was economical to replace cashiers with security who now have to do same job . Just bizare
Quality of sofa's awful. Seems like ikea cost cutting and compromising on the durability of its goods. Restaurant area offered only vegetarian and fish option hotdogs.
No parking near company very slow unloading 5 hours waiting on ramp best for u reach appointment time not respect driver time because careful ramp very difficult
They sold me the bed without support, and asked me to by the support for 20euro, so I had to drive 20km to by the support, when i checked the documentation they mentioned that the support is unclouded with the bed, 🤪🤪🤪🤪, Thanks IKEA
Really poor service. Ordered a cupboard through internet and came to pickup in the given slot but surprise no doors and the delivery agent told that they reimburse for the doors but it shouldn’t be like that, at least should intimate us that the doors are out of stock so that we don’t waste time coming here picking up the command and waiting for 30 minutes to give it back. We have lot of things to do in life other than picking up and giving it back. Should manage your stock better.
