What a wonderful few days at La Feraude! Beautiful house, lovely views out the big windows, large room and large bathrooms. The garden and the ancient water reservoir (great for wading and cooling off) are a joy. A special shoutout to Tongo the friendly dog and Philippe, the gracious host, who provided a very typical and delicious French breakfast.

An absolutely wonderful stay in a quintessentially French chateau surrounded by vineyards. Rooms were spotless and very tasteful as well as the hosts Phillippe & Katherine being very accommodating. Stayed with a large family and all were made to feel welcome and comfortable whilst attending a wedding. I could not recommend this place more! A little slice of heaven.

La Feraude was by far the best lodging experience over our 2 weeks traveling through France! The property was absolutely lovely and the owners were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was beautifully laid out and there were plentiful options. We were provided with amazing restaurant recommendations during our 4 night stay and the location of the property allowed us to easily travel to multiple sites in the Provence area, which the owners gave us a list of excellent recommendations wherever we went. I will definitely stay at La Feraude again when visiting the area!

Extremely welcoming , charming, characterful old building in beautiful grounds. The room decor is lovely; eclectic and very tasteful with large old windows and shutters. Fresh traditional French breakfast served on the patio with views of the avenue of trees, garden and the vineyard. Very comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable stay about 15 minutes drive from Aix-en-Provence

We had a wonderful stay at La Féraude. Our hosts, including Tango, the Swiss Shepherd, were so welcoming and helpful with information about visiting Provence. It was so peaceful relaxing in the garden area enjoying a gentle breeze on a hot summer’s day. We would love to stay again one day.

Do you want to stay somewhere that looks like a Paul Cézanne painting? Well, that is exactly what La Féraude looks like!! I have never seen a place more beautiful. The home! The gardens! The pool! Truly incredible!! Also, I've never felt more at home. Philip and Kate felt like family because they are so nice and welcoming and accommodating. The al fresco breakfasts every morning, the peaceful garden at night drinking wine, the comfortable bedroom...I did not want to leave. I am from the US, but I will be going back to Aix. Whenever I am there, I will stay at La Féraude. I miss it (and Kate and Philip) so much, and can't wait to stay there again.
