I am six months late leaving this review as the installation was done in June. Overall a positive experience. Good professional communication, quick responses by Maxime. The installation was done well within some constraints, there were some tight spaces and restrictions that needed to be navigated and the technician did his best to find esthetically acceptable solutions. The installation time was however underestimated, it may have been better to have two technicians, instead only one technician was there from 8.30 to 19.00. Two units were installed but it was necessary to go through the kitchen to reach the bedroom. My main and only complaint was the mess that was left everywhere, the dust took days to clean. I had to use my own vacuum cleaner and a cordless one is not really powerful enough for this heavy dust from breaking through concrete walls. It would have been better to cover up, especially in the bedroom everything had to be washed. Moreover I think a lot of mess could be avoided, if, while drilling through the concrete wall, a second technician would hold a vacuum cleaner to suck up the dust immediately instead of letting it spread around. I would have been more than willing to fill in had I been given the chance instead of discovering the disaster after - the broom brought is not sufficient for cleaning! It’s good value for money and the clime has been working well ever since.

Nous avons fait appel à l'entreprise CLIM CONFORT jeudi 2 avril pour l’installation d’une climatisation réversible trisplit Toshiba Shorai de 7Kw suite aux recommandations de Chatgpt. Maxime a été très réactif et disponible dès le premier contact. Il s'est libéré vendredi 3 avril pour une visite à notre domicile et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes. Il a réalisé les différents devis directement lors de la visite sur place, ce qui est très appréciable. Après validation du devis le 7 avril, l’installation a été effectuée dès la semaine suivante par une équipe très professionnelle, discrète et soigneuse. Le travail est propre et de grande qualité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
