Visited this shop in Rue de Cannettes on a trip to Paris after searching for leather bags online. The shop has a lovely atmosphere and the man serving was super friendly, speaking English to me. He asked if the bag I was buying was a gift and who for, then kindly made a matching tag for the bag with my daughters name on. This was such a lovely rare gesture. I would highly recommend a visit to one of the Parisian stores. Good quality bags, reasonably priced.

Came here with my 11 year old girl for her first grown up purse from Paris. What a GREAT experience. The sales woman was so sweet from the moment we walked in, treated us like valued customers and like she wanted our business. She spent lots of time helping her pick out the perfect bag and accessories. Thank you for making a great memory of our time in Le Marais. We will be back to shop again when she is ready for her next bag :)

Excellent quality leather goods for men and women in the heart of Marais Paris. These products endure and are beautiful in a wide array of colours, textures and styles. Reasonably priced for the quality produced. Staff are helpful and accommodating en anglais ou francais.

Very happy with the customer service here! I purchased a bag here in May 24' and I loved it. Perfect size bum bag and such a beautiful holographic green! I even brought my husband back and we bought one for him. Unfortunately I had a problem with the color wearing off very quickly. When I brought back to the other location I was advised I would need my receipt however I realized it's back home in the US. I returned to Le Marais location and explained the situation and Audrey was so lovely- she worked really hard to help me solve the mystery of exactly what date and time I purchased my bag and eventually we found the receipt in their system and we reprinted it. She also did this while happily being able to serve other clients and help them purchase their bags- seriously good multi tasker. Because of the short time frame (two more days in Paris), she referred my bag immediately to her manager Mathieu and he contacted me the next day to let me know that I could exchange my bag and after the exchange I left happy as a clam, even buying something else while I was there. Thank you to Mathieu and his team!

We came in looking for a leather bag as a souvenir to myself and left very happy with the experience. The gentlemen working today was very friendly and humoured my terrible attempt at french with kindness. He showed me several shades of leather to help me select the bag I liked most and my wife found something for her as well. At the end he walked us through the tax refund process and bid us a good day. Highly recommended!

We wandered in to this lovely shop and loved all the beautifully crafted bags. We quickly found one we wanted and were interested in looking at it further. The sales woman ignored us on two attempts to ask for help. Then when she finally did help us and we asked a question she argued with us. Despite this we still decided to purchase the bag. I do NOT recommend shopping here based on the rudeness of the women who works here.

Thus is a must go for leather bags, very kind and helpful, the quality is excellent. I've already given my purchases as gifts, so I'm not able to upload photos . Let's just say they were very well received. There is plenty more I would like to buy.
