Lovely clothing. The only thing is that the modern cashier does not always scan all the items in the bin. So your bag can beep. A few people on our way out who had a large bag of clothing got beeped. Even though we placed all the items in the bin. Too many to control. So just a little improvement on refining the technology but apart from that the experience was good. The lady in the kids section was very helpful.

They need to add more clothes for men especially because it's not enough and it's always out of sold , some models I mean. Sometimes I find what I need but usually I don't find because it's finished. Now they have winter collection so you will find lots of new models. The prices are nice according to the quality.

3.7 stars? Reminds me of that one bar in Vilnius called Esco bar that is no bar and something something we move keys like core progression.

It was fairly busy. I didn’t find anything I wanted. Staff were helpful but not pushy.

I recently had a terrible experience at Zara rue St Catherine. I live far away from the city and made the journey specifically to pick up a package from the store. Google Maps indicated that they closed at 19:30, so I arrived at 19:15 thinking I had plenty of time. However, when I got there, the staff rudely told me to leave and the door man was aggressively dismissive. It was incredibly unprofessional and inconvenient. If they want to close earlier, they should update their hours on Google Maps to avoid inconveniencing customers like me. Stay away from this location if you want to avoid poor service and unnecessary frustration!!!!!!!!!!!

Zara’s employees always running around as they are busy, no one can talk to them , always busy with them selves, 3 or 4 talking to each other, BUT HELLO SORRY PPL NEED TO ASK FOR SIZES HELLO I DIDNT RECIEVE MY ITEM, Bad management & service. Thanks

Bad service, Rude employees

Awful customer service. I couldn't find my size and asked the salesperson for it and she looks in her inventory machine and says that "we have size small and it's over there in the rack". Then I explained that I went through the entire rack and that there was no size small and she goes "that's weird we have 5 in stock". After I insist, she orders me one from the inventory. If she was so confident that there was one in the rack, why didn't she bother going over to the rack to check with me? Talk about laziness. She should be removed from working there.
