Kristy was our consultant and she was so sweet and patient with us — really took her time helping us figure out exactly what we wanted and feel confident in our choices. And when I changed my mind about the setting AFTER production had already started… she didn’t even flinch. They just handled it. That kind of service is rare and it does not go unnoticed. The quality of the diamonds is no joke — top tier, beautiful stones, and the craftsmanship is chef’s kiss. The detail work is meticulous. And the pricing is actually fair for what you’re getting, which in the fine jewelry world is saying a lot. The ordering process was very easy and straightforward, with great communications after placing the order. They delivered the ring on time and without any problems. When we opened the box the ring just blew us both away. The box was illuminated and made the ring sparkle so beautifully. All our friends have commented how beautiful it is.

We had the best experience choosing my engagement and our wedding bands at their store in Barcelona with Kristy! You can create your rings fully from scratch and they pay close attention to detail. After having to change the design of my engagement ring, they gifted me a necklace with a small diamond as a make-up for the longer wait. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely go back to Novita Diamonds!
