I've stayed in Kyriad hotels before. But this one is really not a good budget hotel. I had room number 12. Cons: It is quite unclean for a Kyriad. My room was full of 8 big flies the moment I walked in... The bed is barely clean (hair of previous people were still under the duvet). A lot of deadflies at the corner of the room. Flies keep coming in often and it's from the open drain and windows (which were left open by the cleaning team probably). Very poor soundproofing; I can hear the footsteps and TV noise all through the night. The toilets have a stench... And there's barely anything truly clean and without stains, even the mirror. There's barely enough light in the washroom and the room... It's very dull and sombre. It is atleast 15 minutes by foot from the nearest railway station and there are no frequent bus stops nearby apart from the railway station or at similar distances. Not many restaurant options around either. Pros: Heating is electric and functional. Fortunately no bed bugs.

I am a very frugal traveller , I always stay at cheap places, most have good things about them , not this place! Everything is bad, the room smelled ( tabaco I think) , I had to leave the window open and put deodorant on my nostrils to make it bearable. Carpet clearly dirty, was not sweapt. The bath also had grout. The room was noisy, I could listen to footsteps from above, the door lets light from the hallway to come through (the hallway is always lit) only slept 5 hours because of it. The kicker: they changed 5€ to keep my bag for 8 hours while I was at the Olympics. That is the first time ever!! It looks like part of the place is being occupied by long term guest maybe they leave good marks here- they do not know any better.

It's decent, not really high standard, small simple rooms, bathroom is a bit too crampt but functional. The breakfast is not good however, the bread seemed a bit stale, no refrigeration for the cheese and other condiments, including yogurts and the like. If I had to i would stay there again but skip the breakfast.

Clean rooms and amazingly friendly staff, they offered us an electric devices adapter to borrow during our stay because we forgot that USA & Eroupean electric plugs are different. Also we had to leave 4 am to contineu our trip but they still gave us special early breakfast without planning for it. They don't mind you using the self service coffee machine whenever you want which compared to other hotels that charge higher rates is considered so generous and welcomming. If i ever want to visit Paris again I would defenitly consider coming back. Special thanks for Muhammad & Rouchdi. Welcoming, friendly and generous. 👍🏻

Clean, friendly staff, very quiet, and they've got a Ferrari in the lobby 😀 Many thanks to the man on reception when we checked out on the 12th August, he was exceptional 👏

Bathroom smells ugly. Drain of my shower is clogged. No soap at the sink. I can hear the TV next door :( Wouldn't recommend to stay here! //Update: I told the lady at the front desk about the problems and she directly gave me new soap and used go-devil for the drain of my shower. So I corrected the 1-star to 2-stars. Within 3 nights I have hat more than 12hours of crying baby, baby on the floor between hotelrooms, baby's parents opening and closing the doors really, really loud. Very often not closing the door so crying baby was really annoying for all other guests. All this happened between 18pm and 1am. So I got really poor sleep...

OK place to stay for one night. It just needs a good maintenance overhaul. Especially the plumbing and bathrooms.

Friendly personal , good location , close to markets and the breakfast was classic french . Also Rayan the receptioner is top shelf man !
