Courtyard Lyon Euexpo Stadium: Seriously Impressed! ​Honestly, this was a great stay—way better than expected. ​The team here got most of the work done before I even stepped foot in the lobby. Everything was ready: shuttle service sorted for the night, room prepped, and those welcome gifts were a nice touch. It felt like they were genuinely ready for me. ​The environment is awesome. The design, the layout of the room—it’s all quite sharp and sophisticated. It actually makes you think, "Lyon can be better than Paris!" ​But the real MVP was Frédéric. He's just so polite and decent, and whatever I asked for, he made it happen. Top-tier service from him. ​The digital service on the app was super quick—reception always replied right away. ​And shoutout to the bar! The bartender might have been a little shy about speaking English, but who cares when they make a Cuba Libre that good? I lost count after five or six! ​Only heads-up: the outside area is pretty quiet, like nothing's out there. But the hotel itself is fantastic. ​10/10, would definitely recommend

Nice hotel with ample free parking (no height restriction) which was very convenient. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the room was a good size, clean, modern and comfortable.||We had dinner in the hotel, which was enjoyable, and the wine selection was perfectly adequate. Drinks were on the expensive side, but there was a good variety available. Breakfast was also good. Overall, a pleasant stay and a solid choice for a short break or overnight stop.

This is a really nice hotel with a luxurious feeling. Quiet and comfortable. Situated in an industrial environment but with short distances to LYS Airport, to Genas & Chassieu city centres. Don’t miss the Brewery opposite the roundabout, check opening-hours!

We had a lovely stay at Courtyard Marriott Lyon. The property is quite new, and the staff is exceptionally courteous and attentive—a real highlight of the experience. Rooms are spacious and well-designed, definitely more generous in size compared to typical hotel rooms in London or Paris. The breakfast spread is decent, with a good mix of options catering to vegetarian and vegan preferences—something we really appreciated. A thoughtful gesture that stood out was when we were celebrating our colleague’s birthday during the stay, and the team surprised us with a complimentary cake—a lovely touch! One area for improvement would be in the Suite category—while the room was great, a stocked minibar service would be appreciated, especially since other Marriott properties offer this as a standard inclusion for suites. Overall, a great place to stay in Lyon, whether for business or leisure. Would definitely recommend.

New hotel that is clean and well cared for. Staff are so friendly and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

As Marriott is our favorite brand, this is an outstanding establishment. Service is outstanding at check-in and at breakfast. The breakfast exceeds the American Marriott. Fresh breads, ability to boil your own eggs, and fresh cooked to order omelets. The ambiance in the restaurant is lovely. Outside seating for both meals and just enjoyment of plein aire is refreshing. The design of all the facilities left us with a desire to remain and never leave.

This is a new hotel,all designs and room amenities are new and comfortable. It's a bit far from the Vieux Lyon, there is a bus in front of the hotel. We rented a SUV, and the parking is free. There are tons of paid charging stations for EVs. You need to have the prepaid RFID card to pay and charge your card. The breakfast is $19, standard hotel buffet, no surprise. The staff are very friendly and professional, always ready to help people oit. I appreciate it.
