Scam company. 80 cents a minute for customer support and after 12 minutes the call disconnects. Don’t use this service.

Attention I pay 20 ero and after 2 days and with more 27.50ero to pay this on day light robbery

1) If you come to this operator, they will try any way to keep you paying in a complicated way! 2) they will not let you to move to another operator, it means Syma will keep you like a prisoner in the system. 3) Zero service clients , zero network. 4) i am trying to move to orange they reject the operation. 5) i would give less than 1star but unfortunately no more options! ___this is my first review___

Attention, robery! I didn't use my simcard for 2 month, and they charged me 20 euros for 2 calls and mobile data that I never used! I do not have any calls and data usage on my telephone history! The telephone was off! This is a clear robery, to charge for what was not being used! Avoid!

Be aware, dealer are cheating, I payed 20euro in Grenoble/ 5 € for SIM card and put on 15 €, and it didn't last for 2 day!, either they cheated in the shop, which was official dealer, or its the most expensive mobile operator in the world . Horrible experience! I wrote 5 message to service no one reply

Warning in re SYMA Mobile - SIM card in France Stay away from SYMA Mobile. Spent about 5 weeks in Europe of which 4 days in France. Bought a SYMA Mobile prepaid SIM card in an electronics store and had only problems with it. It was a problem to activaate it - the poor man in the store spent 20 minutes on the phone with SYMA before they activate it. They required all kind of personal information. They kept calling me to add to the information, up to wanting me to send them a picture of myself (!). They annoyed me until I had to really tell them off. And after all that, the card did not work properly in Greece, not the way they promised. I had to give up on it and buy a Greek SIM.

By far the worst provider I have ever used. No signal, terrible UI and UX on their supposed “app”, no option of mobile hotspot. DO NOT USE!

I have used SYMA in France for several years now and can only give them praise. I was stuck in England for 8 months due to Covid and the roaming STILL worked! The operator for my other phone cut me off after 2 months, so I changed this phone to SYMA too. Excellent service, promt and helpful when assistance needed, very reasonable cost, what more could you want?
