GLK CONSTRUCTION

Gary and his team at GLK Construction took over a project a previous contractor abandoned. My kitchen was demolished with beams exposed and holes to outside and roof. Gary fixed everything. I still wake up thankful for him and his team. Gary was very hand-on and patient with me. I asked for significant changes; taking down structural wall, sealing original back door, adding large patio doors, re-building and enlarging the entire kitchen. Every inspection passed on the first try! I love the crew. They showed up promptly every day. They did wonderful work and left each day cleaned up because we were still living in the home. Everyone was so respectful and talented: Michelle, Chuck, Nick, Gus, Maurizio, David, Randy and so many others worked on my home. I will always be grateful for how much care they put into re-building my home. The payment method was different than I expected, but we saved so much money because Gary was so respectful of our budget. I am so happy with GLK. I'm want to hire them again for a garage addition one day. It's funny to say that I hate construction, but I'm looking forward to working with GLK again.

I can't say enough good things about GLK Construction. Gary (general contractor) and Michelle (architect) have overseen extensive renovations on my home. Michelle's ability to translate my vision into incredible design is second to none. Gary goes above and behind to suggest ideas and provide the most expert construction I have experienced. (We worked on two extensive phases together--both the interior and exterior of my house.) Do not hesitate to use GLK Construction. You will not be disappointed.

We just finished a complete remodel of our 1950's home and to say it was a stressful and daunting undertaking is an understatement. My friends said I was crazy. A renovation from 1200 miles away can't be done. Well, they are wrong, so wrong. Gary met with my wife and I before the project started and went over all details. His Forman Chuck emailed me progress pictures everyday, addressed every concern and promptly answered all my questions. The finished product is nothing short of spectacular. These guys truly went above and beyond to make this the easiest home renovation I have ever done.

I was driving by and decided to stop in for a personal consultation and ask a few questions. A woman came out and, without opening the door, gestured to ask "what do you need?" I replied that I wanted to talk. She then gestured for me to get lost and left without opening the door. I didn't expect such customer service. I do not recommend this place.

We have worked with GLK Construction for almost a decade and they are great! They respond quickly, stay prompt on the job sites, and their work is impeccable.
