We had lunch at Mia Osteria Osny on Sunday, 15 February 2026 at around 13:00. We ordered pizzas. We noticed that the pizza dough was pink for the pizzas served before and including ours. When we asked the server, she explained that the dough was prepared for Valentine’s Day the previous day. However, the pizza was not hot enough, and the dough texture was soft and slightly sticky rather than crispy as expected. It was surprising that dough prepared for a special occasion the previous day was still being served without informing customers in advance. While the pizzas were edible, the quality and temperature did not meet our expectations for freshly baked pizza at a restaurant. We hope the restaurant can improve transparency and ensure pizzas are served hot with the expected texture in the future.

Came here because I was craving an authentic carbonara. Food, drinks and service were great.

Amazing experience at Mia Osteria. Great addition in the area. Traditional Italian pasta. I tried the carbonara and they were one of the best I ever had. Staff was welcoming and switched on. The atmosphere and decor is tasteful. I would definitely be back. Thanks for the nice evening.
