A huge thank you to Marie and Frank for being such wonderful hosts! They gave us fantastic local tips, including great restaurant recommendations and advice on visiting beautiful towns like Loches. The property is charming and incredibly peaceful. We especially loved how much space there is; the large grounds and the open fields next door give it a wonderful, airy feel. We enjoyed our stay very much!

La Maison des Vallées exceeded expectations! Incredibly peaceful and near many fun excursions. Marie and Franque were the best hosts and made our stay comfortable and perfect. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at Marie’s lovely countryside retreat. The location was peaceful and scenic, perfect for unwinding and disconnecting. The home was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained — we especially appreciated the outdoor space and the charming details throughout. Marie was welcoming, responsive, and provided helpful recommendations during our visit. We loved being surrounded by nature while still being close to picturesque towns like Amboise and Bléré. Highly recommended for couples or families looking for a serene Loire Valley escape!

We had a lovely time chez Marie et Franck. They were wonderful hosts and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants and events. Marie even offered us some home grown tomatoes and apples to eat. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The gardens were quiet and peaceful with amazing views of the countryside. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay in Bléré - Marie and her husband were very welcoming and helpful with providing lots of suggestions and tips for the surrounding area. The space itself was fantastic and clean, with a huge open space outdoors which was great to relax and unwind. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again!

Marie is a very welcoming host, ensuring the cottage was beautifully presented and offering us fresh vegetables from their garden. The kitchen is very well equipped and the deck is perfect for BBQs. Our daughters enjoyed the activities on offer in the large and very well maintained yard, including pétanque, darts and jacuzzi. Idyllic setting and a great place to relax for a few days and explore local castles.

One of our favourite stays in the whole of France. We did a short getaway for a weekend with our 15 month old and the place was so right! Lots of green space, very friendly hosts, easy to go around the Loire Valley and great restaurants within a 5 min drive. Marie and Frank are both very warm and welcoming people and it was good to build a connection with them. Do not miss this one out, if you get the availability.

We had a great time , we visited for 3 nights, Marie and Frank were very helpful and friendly, gave very good suggestions about visiting all the beautiful attractions around the area or getting a good pastries and bread. Their place was perfect, private, quiet and above all very clean and has everything you needed to make a good meal. Love the place, hoping we can return in the future, if it’s still available.
