Les horaires indiquent une ouverture continue de 9h à 19h, pourtant entre 12h et 14h le commerce est souvent fermé. Une affiche annonce « ouverture dans 10 minutes », mais à chaque fois je dois attendre au moins 20 minutes. En tant que cliente, c’est très frustrant, irrespectueux et peu professionnel. Merci de mettre des horaires réels et fiables.
