,,Nice University Hospital wants to guarantee a high standard of reception and medical care, while respecting the principles of public service to which the establishment is committed. As a result, Nice University Hospital guarantees for foreign patients the same quality of welcome and care as French residents.,, as per their website .But guess what..they failed .Hospital reception is a joke,shouting at foreign nationals who have issues,no communication at all to those who are waiting for family or friends.The WORST people seem to be put on the reception- lack if training,no empathy, lack of transparency and when you think that they must be the face of the establishment.European citizens treated like something picked up on your shoe.Please do not get sick here as you will be shouted at, belittled and dehumanised by the horrible people on reception even you arent the patient. If you want an Interpreter even you specifically request it,contrary to their website,forget it as they cannot be bothered. Horrific experience!!!

A huge thank you to Dr BERNARD de DOMPSURE and his team for finally fixing my husband post a serious motorbike accident. And post a few surgeries that didn't work...He was thorough and professional and the side of the hospital he was in was very modern and clean. We cannot thank you enough. He has his mobility & life back thanks to your skills and patience.

A place from where the doctors are incompetents as giving bad diagnosis (that's I can testimony from my own experience and the experience of some of my friends) and unadapted treatments (that's makes everything worse) and as possible they wish that's every of the problems are not coming from the body but from the mind of the patients "probably because of anxiety" as they always like to said and because they don't "believe".. but medicine and science are not supposed to be like some kind of "religions" but are supposed to be based on facts, proofs and also based on "knowledges" and ability to understand beyond the limites of beliefs and knowledges already acquired.

Thank you to the surgeons, doctors, nurses and staff! Severed the end of my finger during vacation. They reattached and took excellent care of me during my 5 days in hospital. Thank you to everyone who assisted!

The staff barely spoke any English, and communication was almost non-existent. I had to wait for hours without any information, and my lip had to be re-stitched three times. Even though I was in pain in my head, nose, back, and jaw, they didn’t examine those areas and just said “everything is fine.” The receptionist was rude and yelled at us in French, even after we explained we only spoke English. I did not feel safe or well cared for.

A big thanks to the staff for all the hard work of care and assistance, the consideration and empathy 🥲 (Nurses, stretcher bearers, radiologists, nutritionists, cleaners, doctors, specialists, .. ) and especially the internal service of Rheumatology. Everything went well for my hospital sojourn.

Extremely bad experience, we couldn’t even wait for our ER number as the numbers were moving too slow, We waited for more than 30 mins and only one number moved! we had 25 patients before us , so we might have needed to wait for 12 hours if this was their average time to treat people in ER, they couldn’t even provide is with “ice” for the injury, moreover, no one their speaks English, I mean , its ER, its the most important place that might needs multi bilingual person!

Dental nightmare wasn't even examined for an easy op😨👇 unfortunately this department is linked to the front national, the deceased jean Marie le pen... To far right for anyone who cares about stability and democracy. I grew up here and miss the pre 9/11 EU. I was denied (despite having all civic rights and worked during 14 years and have made my way to the European court of human rights a few years ago). In fact Microsoft offered free legal representation (👍) at said court EU court for digital Human rights & digital rights. Unfortunately this department council have gone further if not complety extreme right. I miss the past local politics, at least the national police have been very helpful and have insured my civic rights unfortunately this department council have gone further right and anti immigration despite my xuL nationality... Please stop going further away from the center when voting and abuse of decentralisation combined with corruption is destructive to the bill of fundamental human rights. I was refused treatment and going to the administrative court, this is not a national matter but local politics which is the second time that I hade to bring matters to the government, I'm appalled at the refusal of treatment very likely linked to Brexit and the passing of Jean Marie le pen, when I have a very patriotic feeling for the civilised culture of France and am worried about the polarised world we live in it is important to remember the developed worlds legitimacy and am appalled at the steorotypes that building up. Please everyone gard in mind the ideals that we have built up in democracies and remember that these Ideals apply to the entire human species and that these are fundamental human rights. I feel so sorry for my mother who now has to beer the burden of not having the son she loved so much and now without even been given an x-ray has to feel sorry for me and would love to see her son (me) not having a bridge glued back in, it's violates all civic righ
