No one was there to greet customers when walking in. When the owner finally appeared, he did not greet customers and just gawked at us. I asked if he performed tailoring to which he dismissedly agreed. He gave me a price without even looking at the clothing item and when I questioned his assessment, he lowered the price. I asked that wouldn't he have to asses how much to take off, which he rudely said obviously. I was confused as other places tend to measure first and then establish a price depending on the fabric, the length and the fit desired. Overall, the owner was unwarantly rude, dismissive and I question wether the price is fair.

Craftsmanship is hard to find these days, but this man really knows what he is doing. I came in with the request to shorten a pantalon in a few hours cause I needed it. He did a perfect job and he was super quick! Price was also very good! Recommend this place to everyone!

So many positive reviews, I of course had high hopes. I needed a straightforward repair — fixing some holes in the groin area of my jeans. I've had this type of repair botched before, so I asked about their process. The owner showed me a sample repair, which seemed promising: the patch and thread colors were fairly close, and the stitching was neatly done. Curious to see the actual work on a real pair, I asked for examples. The first example he showed me was disappointing; the color was noticeably different from the jeans. He explained that they aim to match the colors as best as possible, but that it’s never a perfect match. Fair enough, but this was far from close. I asked to see another example, and he obliged. This time, it was a light blue pair with a white patch on it. Admittedly, it wasn’t as stark as black, but it was still a far cry from being a "similar" color. Plus, the stitching wasn't as clean as what I’d seen in the sample. I pointed out that while the sample looked great, the examples didn’t measure up to the same quality. The owner simply shrugged and told me I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. Dodged a bullet here. Very disappointed I wanted this place to be good

The owner, Arfa Naceur, is so kind and helpful. I went a few times to get pants and dresses altered and he did a great job and also finished them quickly. Each time I appreciated speaking to him in French, as I was learning French in school in Toulouse.

Great work. Very nice people. A bit pricey but reflects the quality of repair.
