Initially a good experience and I’m usually a cautious person, I checked everything multiple times and paid for the full insurance. Everything was fine, we returned the car and the lady (Jessica) looked over everything and said it was all good, clean and full tank. I made sure to ask the deposit would be returned which she said yes. I was told to sign the contract (in French of course) saying that everything was fine and nothing to pay. I signed and went on my way. I wasn’t emailed the contract until 8hrs later when I had left the country, and I’ve now seen I’ve been charged €41.40 when I had paid in full and was told I was getting my deposit back/no issues with the car. I was not told in person before I left that I would be charged anything which I feel is very misleading. I will be investigating this and doing a charge back with my credit card if needed, the car hire was already extortionate!

The car was in pristine condition and a joy to drive. ​The staff members were incredibly professional and friendly, providing me with several local tips and recommendations that truly made my trip better. ​The location is unbeatable—the office is literally a 1-minute walk from the airport. It was so convenient that they open early at 7:30 AM, and the 24-hour drop-off option made my departure completely stress-free. ​Highly recommended!

The staff are competent, friendly and make sure you understand all your options. They even helped me plan my trip. The car was impeccable and fully equipped beyond what I would expect.

This company employs thieves and liars. When I picked up the car the staff told me not to worry about filling up the tank on return as they had a new policy that would only charge the local fuel rate for all returns. I confirmed this with a second person working there to make sure that this wasn't some language barrier at the time (both staff spoke fluent English). When I handed the car back I had half a tank used and was then charged €80! After complaining I was then told that my contract said all fuel is charged at €3.80... not the local €2.03 (so almost double). The employees lied to my face, twice... AVOID! I'm looking forward to my next trip when I get to speak to the people behind the counter face to face, because their online "help" did nothing to help.

Had no issues at all, car was ready on arrival, was given a brand new small car, which was great tilo get around small streets.

We had a very pleasant and reassuring interaction with Jessica at the Carcassone hire desk, everything explained clearly so no worries during the trip and she made it clear everything was fine on return drop off at the airport. Very good service.

Very friendly and quick service upon arrival and return. No unnecessary delays for paperwork. Vehicle was new, clean and perfect for the French winding roads

Jessica was my service agent at Carcassonne Airport for both the pick-up and return of the car. She was lovely and helpful and both interactions were professional, efficient …and a pleasure.
