I have received the same message multiple times from this company but as yet no response from the services reffered to Suggest great care is taken when using this product as that long shard came off in the oven and onto the food. We do not know if this was a bad batch, a design matter or just that some of them have this issue. What I can say is that this company does not wish to actually reply nor to view the offending item and that teir responses have been the same repeat of the above message.

Be careful! The customer support is nonexistent. They did not answer my requests for weeks, after a problem with my online order. Now I have no other choice but returning the package on my own costs, as they are untouchable.

I received 6 broken products and my mother got injured while opening their package. I contacted them immediately with documentation and pictures and then I received an email saying that my refund request got rejected! ARE YOU SERIOUS?? HOW IS THIS A REPUTABLE COMPANY??

Excellent quality glass cooking products. Well worth the money, as they last a long time. Hope to visit the factory one day.

В офисе работает очень хороший человек, добрый отзывчивый, готов несколько раз объяснить и помочь. Большое спасибо за тёплый приём! Из минусов на фирме мало места, если стоят прицепы то вообще не развернуться. Кто-то паркуется с улицы, кто-то паркуется на территории к рампам, все зависит от наличия прицепов и грузовиков без прицепов. Перед фирмой негде стоять поэтому надо приезжать к времени когда вам назначено.

Prodotto di altissima qualità,oppure sono stato soltanto fortunato, questo vassoio lo uso quasi ogni giorno da almeno 4 anni, usato in forno tante volte oltre che ho anche tagliato all'interno del contenitore tante volte, spesso lasciato anche in frigo, 4 anni di stress termico, lavato a mano e mai in lavastovaglie Dai un occhiata al mio profilo e seguimi :)
