We are here with a group. Air conditioning in our room does not work. Several people had this issue. One person in our group was given a room that had not been cleaned from the previous guest. When we arrived (group of 37), there was only one person at reception and had to deal with all the issues people were facing. Finally, the elevator is very far away from the hotel lobby. I do not recommend this hotel for groups.

The location was great but the breakfast was just normal.

Excellent greeting on arrival. Easy car parking and fabulous breakfast. Room spacious, clean and very comfortable. One night stay before flight. Would highly recommend. Tram stop almost directly opposite and therefore quick trip to Merignac airport before rush hour. Thanks for your hospitality.

I would like to start this by thinking a very good group of customer service people. Marcime , Vanessa, and Charlotte Have made my stay very memorable. I travel quite a bit for business and finding a motel that has the accommodations that I need with employees that make me feel like I’m at home is something very special. I’ve received this type of treatment at NOVOTEL. I was greeted with a smile a very courteous conversation, and this type of experience has not ended throughout the week that I’ve been here. You can truly tell that these young people enjoy their job and interaction with the customers that come in. If management is reading this, please take the time to tell them thank you because it has definitely made an impression on me and I will be staying here when I come back to Bordeaux. I apologize if I got anyone of these name spelled wrong.

My first choice hotel to be close to the airport for overnight stays (28th and 30th Jan). The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful as are the team working in the restaurant. Comfortable rooms provide everything that is needed. I appreciated the petit cadeau on my return stay - thank you Micheline.

A great stay at the Novotel. Bed very comfortable. Rooms quiet. Breakfast delicious and the service 5 stars!

I recently stayed at Novotel and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my stay special was the warmth and care shown by the staff, especially Vanessa at reception. Vanessa was absolutely lovely and friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, and her kindness made me feel right at home. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and treats guests with such genuine warmth. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, and every interaction I had with the staff was positive. I left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to my next visit. The executive rooms are spacious, the bed very comfortable! It's nice to have Rituals products in the bathroom. Unfortunately the coffee in the room is not the best (compared to Nespresso at the Pullman). Staff at the hotel was very helpful. Dinner at the restaurant next door was also very good, just a shame they are separate. I can only recommend the heated outdoor pool! In this case Novotel wins compared to Pullman. 😉 There are outdoor games and comfy seats, especially for families a good place to stay.
