Very disappointed with my experience. I came here as a tourist living in London who asked for a working connection for my flat in Carcassonne . Having visited the shop a few times they seemed very professional but little did I know once I sign the contract they would forget about any after care service. My WiFi simply would not connect and when family visited they attempted to fix it and although they had some phone support it still did not connect. I have requested the contract be cancelled and they just say you have signed an engagement. I expected better as now I’m paying a contract which I cannot use. It’s issues like this that get bad reviews because once the customer signs they are at the mercy of the supplier. Two months on and I’m unable to enter the customer area on their website as whenever I request my code it goes to their French number which they never release to me. In the UK this is called deception which is criminal.

As new residents of France and navigating the lauguage Lauri at RED SFR has helped us with our Internet and phone packages. We would highly recommend asking for Lauri as her service was excellent.

We had a great experience in the SFR shop. Marcel dealt with all our questions and concerns. He was very patient and polite. Highly recommend.
