We were in the hospital’s International Department and would like to note that Dr. Leoni, Nohad, Judե, and the Professor showed great attention and humane care toward us. Their support and attitude were important to us during this very difficult time. Unfortunately, our treatment does not have a successful outcome🥺, and my husband’s health issue was not resolved, which is very painful and difficult for us. At the same time, we would like to mention that most of the nurses are very attentive, kind, and helpful people. However, we cannot avoid mentioning a NEGATIVE experience with the nurse Lena/Luna (she avoids even mentioning her name). In our experience, she does not show appropriate human and compassionate behavior when communicating with patients and their relatives. Her attitude is extremely RUDE and AGGRESSIVE, to the point that sometimes you hesitate to press the call button a second time because you do not want to face that rudeness again. We hope the hospital will pay attention to this issue, because respectful and humane treatment is extremely important for patients and their families. Thanks to the whole personnel and please pay attention to the lady who does not have time for the patients…

The best cancer hospital and research center in France. Very good treatment here. The doctors and teams are so nice and friendly. The patient’s room is nice and comfortable with very good services and good food, can choose the food from their menu. I had a very pleasant stay here.

The assistant / secretary “Lena” is extremely rude. Secretaries dealing with SICK cancer patients need to be more considerate. I am a cancer patient who has left their country to supposedly get treated at “the best cancer treatment hospital” yet their employees are incompetent, rude, and mean. Please train your employees accordingly or hire people who are better FIT to deal with cancer patients and their companions.

The Second Opinion service is a scam. I got the expert report which in original content was not even 5 lines. And repeated much of what my primary doctor's report stated. I posed several questions to the expert report within the 2 week deadline, but no one answered. I have been trying for over six week to get the answers, but whoever I do manage to get in touch with, goes silent. They are just building a business around making money from international patients.
